📣 Helen Storrow Seminar 2027 — nominations now open (deadline extended)

Every year, Helen Storrow Seminar brings together a small group of young women from across the Movement to learn, reflect, and grow as leaders at Our Chalet 🏔️

For 2027, we are looking for 35 participants to explore the theme “Sustainable Energy”, and what it means to build a more sustainable future through the choices we make, the voices we use, and the actions we take 🌱

For Member Organisations, this is a chance to nominate one young woman (aged 18–25) who is ready to grow her leadership and bring new ideas and energy back into her community.

For girls and young women, it’s a rare opportunity to step into an international space, connect across cultures, and experience leadership in action, not just in theory, but in real life 🌏

This is often a life-shaping experience — one that stays with participants long after they return home.

📅 Nominations close: 31 May 2026

As a lady, your menstrual cycle is more than just your period. It’s a powerful rhythm that reflects your body’s health. From the first day of your period to the start of the next, your body goes through natural phases that influence your energy, mood, and overall well-being.

Knowing your cycle helps you stay prepared, manage symptoms better, and recognise when something isn’t right. Your body is speaking, take time to understand it. 💙✨
