Accra Floods

As is often the case during disasters, women, children, and the elderly are among the most vulnerable. With more heavy rainfall expected, according to the Ghana Meteorological Agency, it is important for everyone to remain proactive. If possible, relocate from flood-prone and high-risk areas to safer locations.

Please follow all safety guidelines and instructions issued by the security and emergency response teams. Your safety should always come first.

Bold to Defend stands in solidarity with all those who have lost loved ones, homes, property, and livelihoods as a result of these unfortunate events. Our thoughts and prayers are with every affected family during this difficult time.

ACCRA FLOODING

As an organization committed to protecting and empowering communities, Bold to Defend stands in solidarity with every affected family. We also call on all citizens to help keep our environment clean by avoiding indiscriminate disposal of waste, which contributes to blocked drains and worsens flooding.

Together, through compassion, responsibility, and unity, we can overcome this difficult moment.

Our thoughts and prayers are with everyone affected. Stay safe. Stay strong...

Throwback Thursday.

Bold to Defend is an organization committed to securing a better tomorrow, where every young girl has a safe space to learn, grow, and thrive.

During the difficult period when communities in Ketu North were affected by the Volta River floods, we stood in solidarity with the people and provided support to affected families.

We also acknowledge the vital role played by the current Minister for Foreign Affairs and Member of Parliament for Ketu North, Hon. Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, whose leadership and presence brought hope during those challenging times.

This intervention was made possible through the vision and compassionate leadership of our Founder and President, Latif Musah Ratty, whose dedication to community service continues to inspire our mission.

Bold to Defend
Defending Dreams. Empowering Futures.
