Update: Support for GRNMA Members Affected by Recent Flood

The GRNMA Volta Regional Chairman and National Treasurer elect, Moses Robertson Anyigba, and Assistant Regional Secretary, Peter Korsi Soka, acting on behalf of the President Mrs. Perpetual Ofori-Ampofo, have presented GHC6,000.00 cheques each to 38 affected members of the South Tongu district hit by the Akosombo Dam spillage on January 3, 2024.

The team convened with the Nurse Manager and a group of affected members at the Richard Novarti Catholic Hospital. Heartfelt gratitude poured in from the beneficiaries towards the Association's leadership at every level.

Additionally, they extended the outreach to meeting with the Nurse Manager at Sogakope District Hospital and the South Tongu District Health Director. Discussions centered on member issues, accompanied by our sincere appreciation for their continuous support.

The gesture forms part of the association’s welfare package to assist members during such disasters.

Together, we stand stronger.

*2024 PIN/AIN RENEWAL UPDATE*

The Leadership of the GRNMA wishes to inform its members that it will continue to renew their N&MC PIN/AIN for the year 2024 .

Members are therefore requested to follow the process below:

1. All members in good standing with the GRNMA are to use the INFONET WEB at www.grnmainfonet.com/login to complete their CPD courses on the GRNMA Infonet.

2. All new members, as well as those who previously DID NOT dial the USSD code:

2.a. Dial *928*8 #

2.b. follow the prompts to complete their PIN/AIN registration on the GRNMA INFONET SYSTEM.

2.c. proceed to download the GRNMA INFONET APP, install and complete requested profile details.

2.d. Log into the GRNMA INFONET WEB @ www.grnmainfonet.com/login to also complete CPD courses for the PIN/AIN renewal.

3. All those with PIN/AIN mismatch, i.e., those who recently converted from one cadre to the other and wrongful entry of details, should use "EDIT MEMBERSHIP DETAILS" after logging into the GRNMA INFONET WEB to edit details.

Members with other mismatches not related to entry errors should visit respective N&MC regional offices for assistance.

4. After successful completion of required CPD courses, wait for feedback from N&MC on your PIN/AIN renewal.

5. To all members whose PIN/AINs expired beyond one year, they are to visit respective N&MC regional offices to settle any renewal arrears with the Council.

Kindly take note that the GRNMA annual PIN/AIN renewal covers only preceding year.

Those whose PIN/AIN Cards have expired, they are entreated to visit the nearest N&MC office for Card replacement.

Kindly note that the renewal fees for the PIN/AIN will be fully paid by the GRNMA for its members who are in good standing.

We therefore urge all members to practice legally by following the guidelines as outlined above .

Caution : no GRNMA member in good standing should pay PIN/AIN renewal fees for the year 2024 to N&MC.

Some insight about the CPDs

Completing the courses and obtaining CPD certificates on the WCEA app doesn't mean it automatically goes to the NMC app...

Everyone needs to go upload the CPD points to the NMC app by themselves for it to be recognized.

The procedure for this is...

ON THE WCEA APP
1. Complete courses.
2. Tap the graduation hat 🎓 on he bottom of the page to see the courses completed.
3. Click "download" on top of that page. (That will download all CPDs in your list.
4. Note the name and location of the file you downloaded

GO TO THE NMC APP.
1. Login
2. Tap on "Welcome...."
3. Tap on "CPD Docs"
4. Tap "Upload Files"
5. Search through your files and select the downloaded file to upload.

NB:
The upload of documents to the NMC app is not working at the moment...(the app automatically closes when u select the file to upload).
Action is being taken to rectify it..
But you can it to familiarize yourself with thv process.
