BB has officially resumed. Good to see a few flood victims at today's meeting. Thanks to everyone who helped us.

A walk through our town today revealed two completely contrasting situations.

On one side, along the drainage system, people were busily cleaning and washing. Meanwhile, on higher ground, boys were cheerfully playing and chatting.

Unfortunately, many have still not recovered from the floods to the life they once enjoyed. In fact, it was sad seeing them move all their belongings out into the open street, with nowhere left to play.

To everyone who has now lost certificates, books, appliances, furniture, clothing, groceries, and even homes: fear not. "God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble" (Psalm 46:1).

Even amidst the destruction of a flood, God’s constant presence and the care of people around you provide the strength needed to heal and rebuild. Although the losses are heavy, you are never alone, and faith will guide you toward a hopeful future. 🙏✨

Thankfully, no member was lost during flooding but properties. We announce that there is no Church parade this Sunday, rather a clean-up exercise at the old chapel. All members are entreated to come in m***i.
