TEAM CSR Ghana has successfully implemented a borehole project in Whindu in the Western Region of Ghana. Located at the heart of the community in their local park, this initiative is designed to provide lasting, convenient access to safe pipe-borne water.

The new borehole is expected to serve hundreds—if not thousands—of residents over time, improving daily living conditions and supporting the community’s long-term well-being.

This project was made possible through the generous donations of the Manigault Family & Friends, to whom we extend our deepest gratitude.

We would like to give a huge shoutout to our Diasporan partner Sumbry for successfully building a modern community center for the community of Nyame Bekyere.

This building will come complete, with library, ICT labs and various educational and community spaces aimed at supporting development in the community.

This is a great testament to the power of diasporan engagement in Ghana to support long lasting development initiatives.

With over 15% of the population in Ghana practicing open defecation, improved Water and Sanitation infrastructure through the development of toilets is a very meaningful intervention providing much needed relief and restoring dignity. These interventions also keep the community safe from sanitary related diseases promoting the health across the area. Partner with us to learn more and help bring these facilities to in-need communities.

This week, Team CSR Ghana supports the community of Somanya with impactful health and education initiatives! 💙✨

We proudly extended the Somanya Polyclinic with a new wound dressing room and donated laptops to strengthen healthcare delivery. At Yilo Krobo Basic School, we implemented a borehole to provide clean water for students and staff.

The program was hosted by the Eastern Regional Minister of Ghana, Mrs. Rita Akosua Adjei Awatey, whose leadership and support were instrumental. Local government representatives also joined to donate PPE and hospital beds to the clinic, reinforcing our shared commitment to community wellbeing.

These milestones were made possible through the generous support of our donors from the diaspora and the tireless efforts of Mr. Guy Chambers, whose dedication was honored through his enstoolment as a Development Chief. This recognition reflects the powerful role the diaspora can play in advancing sustainable development across Ghana.

Throwback Thursday 📸
On August 26, 2025, Team CSR Ghana presented school uniforms to 150 students at Presbyterian Primary School in Kuntenase—just in time for the new school year.

This donation, made possible by Lee, Gayna, and their friends and family in celebration of 20 years of marriage, helped ease financial burdens for families while promoting pride and confidence among students returning to school. 💛📚

Celebrating Love Through Impact 💙🇬🇭

This past week, Team CSR Ghana had the honor of facilitating the heartfelt donations of Dr. Santana and Karen Williams as they marked 30 years of marriage by traveling and giving back to the people of Ghana.

As part of their anniversary celebration, they entrusted us to bring their vision to life and the impact has been powerful:

✨ At 37 Military Hospital, they covered medical bills for 8 new mothers struggling with post-delivery costs and donated privacy curtains to enhance patient care.

✨ At The Potter’s Village, they gifted a new playground, creating a joyful, safe space for children to play, grow, and thrive. In addition their travel group donated school supplies for the children.

We thank Dr. Santana and Karen Williams for choosing to celebrate love through service—and for allowing us to be part of this beautiful mission. 💛

This past weekend, Team CSR Ghana commissioned two new mechanized boreholes in the Eastern Region — one in Bepoase and the other in Akrofetaa-Suhum. 💧🇬🇭

These life-changing projects were made possible through continued support from Father Akuamoah Charities, whose partnership with Team CSR has now brought clean, safe water to over 20 communities across Ghana.

Together, we’re making lasting change — one borehole at a time. 🌍✨
