To ensure Meaningful and Inclusive Youth Participation and Engagement, the Power to Youth Ghana is building the capacity of young people refered to as to support the programs operational research.
The 2-day capacity strengthening workshop is to equip young people with knowledge and skills in research methodologies, data interpretation, evidence-based reporting and desk review particularly Technology Facilitated Sexual and Gender-Based Violence (TFSGBV).
Working under the close mentorship of experienced consultant, the Youth Researchers will be reviewing literature, conducting analysis and developing compelling reports.
The resource persons who led the facilitations were from the University for Development Studies - UDS.

Orientation & Leadership Elections in Mion District.
The second Youthatalk orientation was held in the Mion District, building on the success of the previous session in Tamale. With full participation from Assembly members from Mion electoral areas and the Assistant District Director 1, the event emphasized on strong support for youth inclusion in governance.
The Youthatalk members (now addressed as "Honorables") were eager to engage in decision-making processes at the district level.

Girls growth is a journey that unfolds through many challenges, ranging from conscious/unconscious biases to high societal expectations. From barriers that prevent them from living their best lives to realizing their full potentials and other opportunities taken away from them. Despite these challenges and barriers, girls still thrive, grow, learn and achieved.
Today, we : Girls' dreams are valid, their voices matter, and their hopes will be realized. Support girls' education, amplify their voices, and challenge conscious and unconscious biases against girls.

Orientation & Leadership Elections :
The Power to You(th) programme held its first YouthAtalk orientation in Tamale, bringing together youth and local assembly members from various electoral areas. This initiative enhances youth participation in governance at the local level, empowering them to engage in decision-making processes. Leaders were elected, constitution and standing orders establishing the assembly was out-doored marking a pivotal step for youth leadership and representation at the district assembly level.
