Independence Day celebration is a call to remember the choices, the sacrifices, and the fight that brought us freedom. That is why we proudly celebrate our freedom as one people and one nation.

As we celebrate the gains won by our forefathers, may we be inspired to do our share, to make sure Ghana is “free forever”.

The Rotary Club of Accra-West is 57 years old. 57 years of fellowship through service which has positively impacted the lives of millions of Ghanaians in Health, Education, Vocational Training, Environment and more.

ROTARY CLUB OF ACCRA-WEST - January 2026 Highlights

January 13 marked our first meeting for the year. It was a delivery of the the half-year report for the club by Club President, RP Neyeram Kukula. In the report, he highlighted achievements so far, club financial position, project updates, and outlook for the rest of the Rotary year.

Last week, January 28, PP Nana Dan delivered a presentation on “Causes of Chieftaincy Disputes in Ghana”. The presentation highlighted some existing challenges which contribute to chieftaincy-related conflicts and proposed some solutions.
