Social media made visibility cheap. AI is doing the same for production. What used to need a team, one person can do. What used to take a year, a week.

But the bigger story is not speed. It is judgment. AI multiplies whatever direction the leader sets. Bad judgment now scales. So does good judgment.

For us in TGLC, the call is direct. Every leader and entrepreneur has to learn to use this. A few have to learn to build it.

We cannot sit this one out.

At TGLC, we believe that the qualities of great leadership like initiative, empathy, compassion and commitment, resilience, and the power to nurture growth are personified in the women who shape our lives.

Today, we honor the mothers, mentors, and mother figures who inspire us to lead with compassion and give love to humanity. Your influence extends far beyond the home; it builds the foundation of our communities and our future.

Wishing a very Happy Mother’s Day to all the incredible women making an impact. 💙

At TGLC, we believe leadership begins with how we treat people.

This week, we’re marking No Discrimination, No Harassment Week — a reminder that every person within our community deserves dignity, respect, and a safe space to grow.

No one should be made to feel small because of their gender, background, or belief. Not in our spaces. Not on our watch.

To every leader, member, and partner of TGLC: if you ever experience or witness any form of harassment or discrimination, speak up. Submit a claim on our Intranet — No to Harassment/Discrimination page. Your voice is protected. Your report is heard.

Because the leaders we are raising must first learn to honour the people beside them.

Cohort 2028 is 10 sessions into our Leadership Development Training, and the journey keeps getting deeper.

Our most recent session, facilitated by Salome Delali Atiglah of Cherish a Child Foundation, focused on “Habits of Great Leaders,” and one moment that stood out was a guided meditation where we closed our eyes and intentionally envisioned ourselves becoming the very things we admire, all with the hope of aligning ourselves with our individual Purpose.

Two thoughts from the session have stayed with me:
“If your vision is not aligned with purpose, it may be almost impossible.”
“Leadership is not a destination; it is a journey, so we must keep learning.”

As Cohort 2028, this is a call to stay intentional about who we are becoming, what we are building, and why it matters.

The journey continues. 💪

Seventeen(17) newly equipped entrepreneurs. Countless possibilities ahead.

We are excited to share that The GracedLife Leadership Centre, in partnership with The University of British Columbia, has successfully trained the eighth Cohort through the Sauder LIFT Business Training Program.

But beyond the number is the real story.
First, we hail these dedicated business owners who showed up. They leaned in, asked questions, and committed themselves not just to growing their businesses but to expanding their thinking.

Because one thing is always clear: capital alone does not grow a business; knowledge makes all the difference.

When entrepreneurs are equipped with the right understanding, they make better decisions, take smarter risks, and multiply what they have been given.

What made this experience even more meaningful was the community behind it.
We are deeply grateful to our dedicated TGLC trainers who invested their time and expertise. Michael Brainy Appeadu, we appreciate all that you do, Sir. Albert Dzade, all those beautiful pictures couldn’t have taken themselves. To Moses Attram and Linda Amoako, this program couldn’t have come together without your services, and above all, to our Director for Special Programs, Daniel Asare Sasu, you are simply amazing, Sir.

To our LAB guests who shared real-life insights and practical wisdom, we say thank you and to the UBC team whose partnership made this entire program possible, we are really grateful.

These trainings go beyond sessions and topics; they create spaces for learning, transformation, and lasting connections.

To our 17 entrepreneurs: we are proud of you, we celebrate you, and we are excited for what you will go on to build.

What could happen if more entrepreneurs were equipped not just with capital, but with the right knowledge and mindset?

And as we celebrate our 8th cohort, we are reminded that this work continues, one entrepreneur, one idea, and one transformed mindset at a time. Cohort 9.0 loads.👏🏼, Applications will be open from 30th April...keep your eyes on this space, guys.

Happy Easter, Leaders!

Our Servant King rose so that every servant-leader after Him would know: sacrifice is never the end of the story. It is the beginning of something greater.

We serve because He served first. We lead because He led first. And we rise because He rose first. In Him we have life. In Him we’ve found grace.

Enjoy this day with your loved ones.

🌟 The spotlight is still on , a Cohort 2026 member, and Founder of The Grande Network.
Seraphine continues to create spaces that empower, inspire, and drive meaningful impact.

These highlights are from her recent event, The Grande Woman, held at the Sakumono School Complex, a gathering that brought together vision, purpose, and community.

At TGLC, we celebrate leaders who go beyond learning to build and influence.

Seraphine is doing just that.

🎥 Watch, be inspired, and celebrate with us.

At The GracedLife Leadership Centre, we have always believed that leadership finds its truest expression not in titles, but in the lives you choose to invest in.

Today, we are celebrating one of those leaders.
Seraphine Kpotor (Cohort '26) is a young woman who has chosen to show up for the generation coming behind her. Her passion for mentoring young people and empowering school children is not a program or a project. It is a conviction. And that conviction is quietly reshaping lives around her.

Seraphine carries a simple but powerful belief: every young person deserves someone in their corner. Someone who sees their potential before they see it themselves, who offers guidance before they know to ask for it, and who creates space for them to grow into the best of who they are.

That is not just mentorship. That is principled leadership in action.
Beyond her work with young people, Seraphine contributes to The Grande Network, an organization focused on reshaping development through targeted advocacy and sustainable social impact. She is building something that will outlast the moment she is in.

We are proud to have walked alongside her in this season of growth, and we are excited about the leader she is becoming.
To Seraphine: keep going. The lives you are touching are proof that you are on the right path.

✨ Leadership is not about being the best in the world. It is about bringing out the best in the world around you.
