As we continue to observe 16 days of activism against gender base violence, I had the opportunity to address the press to ensure they uphold the highest professional standards in their reportage of cultural issues.

I was honored to attend the G20 Social Summit in Johannesburg, South Africa, where I participated in Working Group 6, focusing on cultural diversity, recognition, and inclusion.

The summit, held from November 18-20, 2025, aimed to promote a just, inclusive, and equitable international order.
As a women's and child rights advocate and Nkligiwurche of the Yagbon Kingdom in Ghana, I contributed to consultation sessions on cultural diversity and economic inclusion and equalities of women.

The theme equality, solidarity and Sustainability resonated throughout the discussions, and I was impressed by the working group's dedication to advancing the summit's agenda.

I had valuable interactions with experts, dignitaries, and leaders, including South Africa's Vice President and Ministers, indigenous community leaders, and officials from the United Nations and African Union.

I granted interviews on building momentum for achieving the SDGs and Agenda 2063, emphasizing the importance of contextualized development plans.

I also engaged with officials from the African Union, G20 Interfaith Forum, and representatives from various countries, discussing cooperation and partnership opportunities.

I thank the South African Presidency for their hospitality and excellent organization .
I look forward to returning to South Africa soon.

Adolescent Project – Final Session of the Year!

On November 7th, Boresah Royal Foundation partnered GIWA for a new Adolescent Project meeting at City of God School, Korle Gonno – Accra.
Despite the heavy rains, the session was filled with energy, learning, and joy! 🌧️💪

💬 Topics included menstrual and personal hygiene, safe use of sanitary pads, and breast cancer awareness.
💖 Thirty Kayayei girls ie young women from the North living and working as head porters in Accra actively joined, asked questions, and shared their experiences.

Each girl received a hygiene bag including panties, toothbrush, toothpaste, soap (donated by Tanya Jardy), and pads/toilet rolls (from Faytex).

The event beautifully closed our 2025 Adolescent Project, a true celebration of education, empowerment, and solidarity. ❤️

Together, we keep empowering Kayayei girls — rain or shine! 🌦️✨

Heartfelt thanks to GIWA - Ghana Italian Women Association - and Mini plast for donating plastic chairs to Boresah Royal Foundation.
These chairs were generously donated to the Sanyeri community, affected by the Gbiniyiri conflict in the Sawla Tuna Kalba district of the Savannah region.
Thanks to Wuripe and Sons Royal Lodge Bole For helping convey these chairs from Accra to the community .
Together, we can make a difference!

It’s always a pleasure to serve my people.
The excitement when I arrived in one of the rural communities to mark pink October , breast cancer awareness campaign.
Some of these communities with no electricity can only be accessed on a motor bike . But still we move ✌️❤️
Disclaimer:The dance moves are not mine.😊
