We often focus a lot on setting goals- what we want to achieve, where we want to be. But over time, it becomes clear that goals alone are not enough.
What really makes a difference are the habits we build and the systems we follow every day. The small, consistent actions we take, especially on days we don’t feel like it. They are what shape our progress.
