VOWACGhana Distributes Dignity Kits to 120 Girls with Disabilities in Volta Region

Voices of Women and Children with Disabilities in Ghana, VOWACGhana, has extended menstrual hygiene support to 120 girls with disabilities in two special schools in the Volta Region on Thursday, May 28.

The intervention covered Volta School for the Deaf and Blind in Hohoe and Gbi Special School.

School authorities and beneficiaries received the support warmly, citing its impact on student welfare.

Many girls with disabilities struggle to access basic menstrual hygiene products, personal care items, and inclusive support services. Together, we can change that.
