ge (IEC) represents the next face of our story in Ghana and Africa. We believe creating an equal platform for everyone, irrespective of race, gender, social class, and physical limitations will allow for a fair chance to compete for the same opportunity and kindle the spirit of entrepreneurship and creativity in the youth through sensitization on the need for start-ups to reduce unemployment deficits and to promote innovation. This is the core culture of this initiative. The idea assembling competition is preceded by events such as screening of startups and a start-up school, Mentorship, After-Care. Objectives

Kindle the spirit of entrepreneurship and creativity in Personnel through sensitization on the need for start-ups to reduce unemployment deficits and promote innovation.
Introduce Personnel to digitization of businesses.
Create a platform for Service Personnel or Personnel to pitch and exhibit business ideas and innovations respectively
Support start-ups with cash prize and technical advice.
Connect startups to global investors.
