We aim to provide humanitarian services, especially in the area of health to the poor and vulnerable in society and enhance their quality of life. We also seek to promote healthy lives for all by improving the health knowledge, skills and practices of the society and Advocate preventive medicine as the cornerstone for successful health delivery. Our Most Revered Param Guru, H. Swami Ghananand Saraswati taught us that Service to Man is Service to God and his exemplary life inspired this great idea and as such having the foundation named after him. WORLD MENSTRUAL HYGIENE DAY 2026🌹🌺💕

Theme: Together for a

Ghananand Health Foundation celebrated this year's World Menstrual Hygiene Day with some students of the Sempe 1 Basic School in Mamprobi, Accra by educating them on good menstrual hygiene and also giving out free Sanitary Pads to the students.

The essence of this celebration is to create awareness on good menstrual hygiene management and to change negative stigmas surrounding menstruation.

Many thanks to the entire Ghananand Health Foundation team (Directors , Staff/Event Organizers, Health Educators, Patrons and all GHF Executives) Donors, Volunteers, the staff and students of Sempe 1 Basic School and to all our supporters and well wishers.
