WHO WE ARE & WHAT WE DO
SparkLE is a social enterprise that offers life coaching, mentorship, career leadership and entrepreneurship training to young graduates coming out of school, after their national service, most of whom are indigent. At SparkLE - We are building future services that addresses the biggest problems we face as a society, from chronic disease, to ageing populations, to youth
unemployment. We've developed a structured innovation process that iteratively tests each key hypothesis, from value proposition to operating model to business development. SparkLE delivers leadership, entrepreneurship and social enterprise education directly to national service graduates 18 years and above. Our services have been developed with two goals in mind: maximizing our social impact and increasing our competitive advantage. SPARK OF LEADERSHIP AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP
OBJECTIVES:
• To conjure awareness of the potential and opportunities created by social enterprise.
• To share our knowledge and understanding of how to create and grow successful social enterprise.
• To devise courses, training materials and other tools that lead to good governance and effective management of social enterprise.
• To work with partner organizations and build up a network of co-operation social enterprise organizations through the use of social license agreements. As with all social enterprise, SparkLE objectives are based in the shared values of all those working for and with the company. We believe we can do this most effectively by helping to develop social enterprise throughout Ghana, Africa and the world. OUR PRIDE
SparkLE delivers leadership, entrepreneurship and social enterprise education directly to national service graduates 18 years and above. We sell our leadership, entrepreneurship and social enterprise education programs to schools and win government and corporate contracts to deliver these into the youth community. Nationally, we operate a social franchise model allowing organizations to access our brand, training and quality control. In return we get a set-up and yearly license fee. Internationally, we consult for organizations who want to set up similar initiatives. At SparkLE, we do think creatively when it comes to our business model - consulting for mid-stage enterprises or development organizations, and developing an angel network in the country. For us to continuously impact the society, we’ve decided to stay lean, flexible, and authentic to our vision and mission to build an enterprise that is truly viable. SparkLE is progressively becoming a community of entrepreneurs and investors that are passionate about supporting entrepreneurial teams and apply principles like these to their early-stage companies.
