Join us on Saturday, 24th January 2026 at 9:00 a.m. for SLIG’s Annual Engagement on “Young Women’s Inclusion in Governance – Assessing Progress.” This interactive session at the Marie Stopes International Conference Hall, Santasi Roundabout, is open to females aged 15–35 and will explore how young women can shape decision-making spaces.

Dear All,

Thank you for joining our Youth Peacebuilding Session on 15th November, 2025. Your energy, honesty, and commitment made the discussion powerful. Young people are doing real work in this country, and today was another reminder that we’re not just “the future” — we’re part of the solution right now.

A special appreciation to our speakers, partners, and supporters from SLIG, FOSDA, and ROAJELF Ghana. You showed up, shared boldly, and held the space with so much depth. That’s how real change starts — with people who are willing to lean in and speak truth.

To every participant who stayed, contributed, and asked tough questions, thank you. Your voice matters, and trust me, the world is paying attention.

This session formed part of Ghana’s contribution to the Second Independent Progress Study on Youth, Peace & Security, and your inputs have directly shaped what comes next.

Next Steps
Over the past days, our team have consolidated the insights shared and drafted the 3,000-word thematic paper for submission.

Let’s keep pushing, keep learning, and keep showing up. Ghana’s peace ecosystem needs us to be active and unapologetically involved.
