🌟 Speaker Spotlight: Dr. Akura Asase Edna Yawa 🌟

We are honored to welcome Dr. Akura Asase Edna Yawa (Ph.D) — a distinguished Ghanaian scholar, serial entrepreneur, philanthropist, and passionate advocate for youth entrepreneurship and innovation.

She is the Founder & CEO of the Ghana-China Youth Entrepreneurship Development and Innovation Center (GCYEC), where she champions initiatives that bridge opportunities between Ghana and China while nurturing young entrepreneurs.

Dr. Yawa has also served in key leadership roles with the National Union of Ghana Students (NUGS) – China, as Chapter President (Beijing, 2023/2024) and later as National President (China, 2024/2025), demonstrating her commitment to student leadership and international collaboration.

Currently, she serves as Head of Projects and International Trade at BioAsia Biotech Co., Ltd., China, driving impactful projects at the intersection of science, innovation, and global trade.

With her inspiring journey and dedication to empowering the next generation of African leaders, Dr. Yawa brings invaluable insights to the stage.
