Mediation Train is a registered non-profit organization committed to training communities, people and organizations from all works of lives, gender, race, religion etc. The Objective is to enable individuals such as, leaders in all fields, Managers, Supervisors, Deans, Chiefs, Pastors, Reverend fathers, Teachers, Lecturers, Mothers and Fathers, employees, Elders, Married couples and Potentials and
anyone in charge of at least two people. This is because despite our busy and hectic routines, conflict still manages to rear its ugly head into our lives thus, compelling us to have ability to deal with it for our peace of mind's sake. We have discovered in our research that, relationships are suffering because there is always one thing or the other happening each day, therefore teaching people to deal with them at the early stage would make our lives easier. We undertake community conflict resolution activities. We assist in post conflict restructuring. We empower women, girls and the young to be amba of conflict resolution and peace. Fact finding research into existing conflicts is one of our objects. Our main goal is to stop conflict before it even begins.
