At a recent stakeholder gathering in Bida, Niger State, Nigeria, the call was clear:
build a stronger shea industry without weakening the resource beneath it.

Stronger trade. Better value for producing communities. Protected parklands.

More value. More trees. More future for shea.

The BETTER Farming in Northern Ghana Project is officially launched!

The project is led by the Ministry of Food and Agriculture ,Ghana (MoFA) in partnership with Global Shea Alliance and supported by AFD - Agence Française de Développement (AFD) and the European Union in Ghana.

It aims at advancing climate-resilient agriculture, restoring landscapes, and strengthening livelihoods across northern Ghana.
