Add Value Foundation LBG is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering vulnerable youth and women aged 13-45 across Ghana. We believe that when people are equipped with the right skills, opportunities, and support, they can transform their lives and positively impact their communities. Our work focuses on skills training, entrepreneurship development, and community empowerment.
We train young people and women in practical skills such as soap making, baking, bead making, hairdressing, cooking, and other income-generating activities. Alongside technical training, we provide mentorship, life skills education, and basic business knowledge to help our beneficiaries start, grow, and sustain small businesses. We are also committed to community development. Our programs address key social needs, including education, sanitation, health awareness, and environmental care. We work with communities, schools, local leaders, and partners to promote clean surroundings, healthy living, and responsible citizenship. By mobilizing communities to take part in their own development, we help build a culture of ownership, dignity, and self-reliance. Add Value Foundation LBG believes in empowerment, integrity, collaboration, innovation, equity, and inclusion. We welcome partnerships with individuals, organizations, government agencies, and development partners who share our passion for creating opportunities for the vulnerable. Together, we can reduce poverty, create jobs, and build stronger communities. Our vision is to see empowered youth and women leading meaningful lives, supporting families, and contributing to national development.
