Pay keen attention to your mental health just as you will do to your physical health. Do not associate stigma to mental health, seek mental health care. Do not stigmatize mental health patients, show them love and care. As Kerry Washington said "I think it’s really important to take the stigma away from mental health… My brain and my heart are really important to me. I don’t know why I wouldn’t seek help to have those things be as healthy as my teeth."
