Comprehensive Impact Report & Key Milestones
1. Mindset First — Future Ready Leader Project (Completed)
Reach: Successfully impacted 34 basic schools and 2 senior high schools (36 institutions total), reaching 7,120 students across the Ga North Municipality.
Institutional Collaborators: Executed in strategic collaboration with the Ga North Municipal Assembly and the Ghana Education Service (GES) Ga North Directorate.

2. Hope Restoration Orphanage Outreach Project (HROOP)
Phase 1 (Potter's Village, Dodowa): Reached 170 vulnerable and marginalized children with essential humanitarian aid and support.
Phase 2 (Village of Hope, Gomoa Fetteh): Covered 200 vulnerable and marginalized children with critical supplies and mentorship.
Total to date: 370 vulnerable and marginalized children reached across two completed phases.
Phase 3 (Upcoming): Scheduled for 19 September 2026.
Overall Project Goal: 1,000 vulnerable and marginalized children across Greater Accra.
3. Free Vocational Empowerment Skills Training Academy (FVESTA)
Season 1 (Completed): Graduated 14 of 20 enrolled unskilled youth and women, trained in soap production and pastries & bread baking.
Season 2 (In Progress): Currently training 35 youth and women in soap production, pastries & bread baking, and fashion design, with graduation scheduled for 5 September 2026.
Season 3 (Upcoming): Official orientation on 5 September 2026; lectures commence 26 September 2026. New skill tracks added: pedicure & manicure, and electrical engineering.
Cumulative Impact: Approximately 50 unskilled youth and women trained through FVESTA to date, with a third cohort beginning enrollment in September 2026.
4. Strategic Institutional Partnerships
Ga North Municipal Assembly, Department of Social Welfare: Established key partnership frameworks to advance sustainable community development and social protection, formalized through a Letter of Recommendation and Endorsement and an Impact Verification Letter.
Ghana Education Service (GES), Ga North Directorate: Formal endorsement of the Mindset First programme.
Additional Partners: Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Protection; Ghana Health Service; National Malaria Control Programme; and corporate partners including EPP Books Services, CBL West Africa, Pomasidor, O & B Foundation Ghana, and KFC Ghana

We are honoured to announce that Hope and Empowerment Foundation GH LBG (HEF-GH) has received Official Government Recognition, Verification, Recommendation, and Endorsement from the Department of Social Welfare and Community Development, Ga North Municipal Assembly.

This recognition affirms our commitment to sustainable human capital development and community empowerment and acknowledges the measurable impact of our programmes across the municipality.

During the reporting period, HEF-GH successfully:

✅ Implemented the Mindset First – Future Ready Leader Project in 34 public schools, reaching 7,120 students in collaboration with the Ghana Education Service (Ga North Directorate) and the Ga North Municipal Assembly.

âś… Successfully implemented the Free Vocational Empowerment Skills Training Academy (FVESTA), equipping unemployed youth and women with practical vocational skills for sustainable livelihoods.

âś… Delivered humanitarian and community development interventions that promote social inclusion, educational advancement, leadership development, and community empowerment.
