To “present your body as a living sacrifice” (Romans 12:1) means to fully surrender your life and physical self to God as an act of worship, offering your whole being-actions, desires, and choices—to serve Him rather than the world, transforming your daily life into holy service as a response to His mercy. It’s a continuous, conscious decision to make.

Galatians 3:13 - By being "hanged on a tree" (Christ’s crucifixion), Christ became a curse for humanity, fulfilling the Old Testament law which stated, "Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree". This sacrifice was an exchange: Christ took the curse upon himself so that those who believe in him could be redeemed and receive God's blessing instead of judgment.
