Activities:
In order to pursue overall objective set by the project LPI was envisaged to undertake the following activities:
Provide free of charge individual and group legal consultations to IDPs at the LPI office and in the IDP collective centres; Also, information dissemination through newspaper/brochures, regular Radio broadcasting, IDPs also can receive such assistance by telephone hotline

from LPI lawyers;
Monitor IDP’s understanding of their rights rendered guaranteed by the local (Georgian) legislation and the International instruments;
Conducting regular trainings and seminars on the UN Guiding Principles and on the right condominium for those who live in privatized collective centres IDPs;
Prepare and issue the information papers – leaflets and spread them among IDPs and local authority representatives;
Organize the mobile visits to the densely populated areas and collective centres of IDPs where the lawyers will introduce IDPs of their general rights, as well as they will consult every needy person properly, i.e. IDPs will be ensured with the group and individual consultations on place;
Take group cases and make proper fallow up and/or do an advocacy.
