An award-winning educator and global thought leader from North Macedonia, Sandra Grujevska brings nearly two decades of experience in communication, career development, and innovative teaching practices.
She is the Founder of Step by Step Plus School of Foreign Languages and serves as Head of the Career Center & Business Council at University American College Skopje, where she lectures Speech Communication, Career Development, and IB English Literature.
Sandra also contributes internationally as a faculty member at Estonian Entrepreneurship University of Applied Sciences delivering hybrid courses in Speech Communication and Creative Mindset.
As the creator of “Human Rights in Every Classroom”, she is deeply committed to bridging formal and non-formal education, empowering both learners and educators through experiential and human-centered approaches.
Her impactful work has been showcased at global platforms including the Innovate ELT Conference and the Educational Global Education Summit in Istanbul.
