The Global Talent program powered by AIESEC in Georgia gives students and recent graduates an opportunity to take a cross-cultural professional development internship with some of the top companies from around the world. The aim of the program is to provide students with professional experience as well as give them opportunity to develop their skills while living and working in an international en

vironment. Details:
- Duration: 3-18 months with most internships varying from 6 to 12 months;
- Internships are paid with salary being sufficient to cover the costs of living in the country of exchange participant's choice;
- Cost of participation in the program is 700GEL, paid once the participant is accepted on one of the projects;
- Costs of travelling to the country of an internship are not covered;
