Georgian Law and Policy Research Centre is a collaborative of authors aiming to create forums for exchange of policy ideas and serve to its mission with specific focus on the topics of Georgia`s European orientation and integration, matters of energy law and policy on national and regional level, Economic, financial and trade law and policy. Apart from sectoral approach, we actively focus on imple
mentation of good governance and policy-making principles in policy-making practices in Georgia. Our priorities are set based on what we consider important for Georgia`s economic development and stability, which may be adapted over the time to the upcoming developments. Research and evidence-based analysis of law and policy issues of major importance for Georgia are necessary predicaments for strengthening the society in view of numerous regional, national and global challenges and opportunities. Through the activities of GeLPO we aim to contribute to the community and enable policymakers and the public to make informed decisions. We target to reach out and share our view to policy-makers, business, academia and other stakeholders interested in the subject matters of our research and policy work.
