“სოლიდარობის ფონდი PL საქართველოში” არის მზარდი, ცვლილებებზე ორიენტირებული ორგანიზაცია, რომლის ძირითადი საფუძველია ინფორმირებული არჩევანისა და ანგარიშვალდებულების პრინციპები.

Სოლიდარობის ფონდი პლ საქართველში შეიქმნა 2019 წლის 19 აპრილს, მას შემდეგ, რაც 2018 წელს პოლონეთში მიიღეს პოლიტიკური გადაწყვეტილება, რომ პოლონეთის განვითარების დახმარების თვალსაჩინოების მიზნით განვითარებულიყო ფონდის წარმომადგენლობითი ქსელი.

სოლიდარობის ფონდი პლ საქართველოში იმართება და ნაწილობრივ ფინანსდება პოლონეთის რესპუბლიკის საგარეო საქმეთა სამინისტროსგან.

ორგანიზაცი მუშაობს შემდეგ საკითხებზე:

1. კარგი მმართველობა

2. სასწრაფო რეაგირება

3. განათლება და უნარ-ჩვევები

Ჩვენი გუნდი მიზნად ისახავს, ხელი შეუწყოს ქართველებისთვის ხელსაყრელი და სანდო გარემოს შექმნას, რომ მათ აიღონ ინიციატივა, იმოქმედონ დამოუკიდებლად და პასუხისმგებლიანად, რათა საქართველო იქცეს გონივრულად მართულ, და წარმატებულ სახელმწიფოდ! Ჩვენ ვართ საქართველოში, რათა ვემსახუროთ:

- მოქალაქეებს, რომლებიც ჯერ არ არიან აქტიურნი

- ცვლილებებზე ორიენტირებულ პირებს

- “მათ, ვისაც ძალიან უნდათ”

- მათ, ვისაც აქვთ საჯარო ინსტიტუტების განვითარებაში წვლილის შეტანის სურვილი

ორგანიზაციის მიზანია:

- იქცეს წამყვან დონორ ორგანიზაციად - შეცვალოს განვითარების თანამშრომლობის პარადიგმა (თანამშომლობა კონკურენციის ნაცვლად)

- პროექტების პორტფოლიოს გაფართოება და საგარეო გრანტების რეალიზაცია, გარდა პოლონეთის რესპუბლიკის საგარეო საქმეთა სამინისტროს “დემოკრატიის ხელშეწყობის” პროგრამისა

- გამოიწვიოს ცვლილებები რეგიონში

The Solidarity Fund PL in Georgia was established on 19th of April 2019 as a result of a political decision that had been taken in Poland in 2018 to develop a network of representative offices of the Solidarity Fund PL so that the Polish Development Aid is more visible. The Solidarity Fund PL in Georgia is a growing, change-oriented organization at which core the principles of informed choice and accountability lay. The organization's team is composed of make-a-difference professionals who dare to challenge reality in Georgia for a better future. Solidarity Fund PL in Georgia is supervised and co-financed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland. Good Governance;
2. Emergency Response;
3. Skills and Education. Our team intends to facilitate a favorable and trustworthy environment for Georgians to take the initiative and act independently and responsibly upon them until Georgia turns into a smart-managed, sustainably-supplied, and flourishing country! We are present in Georgia to serve:

- non-yet-active citizens,
- change-oriented individuals,
- "those who really want,"
- "those prospective to develop state institutions,"

Solidarity Fund PL intends to:
- become prominent and leading donor organization - change the development cooperation paradigm (cooperation instead of competition)
- broaden the projects portfolio and implement external grants, other than the "Support Democracy" program by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland,
- become of change in the region

🇪🇺 ევროკავშირის მიერ დაფინანსებული პროექტის – „REDI: სოფლის გაძლიერება ციფრული ჩართულობის გზით“ – ფარგლებში, გურიის ოთხ სოფელში: ხევში, ბჟოლიეთში, თხინვალსა და ზემო ნატანებში უკვე მოეწყო უფასო Wi-Fi ზონები.

💁‍♀️ ეს ნიშნავს, რომ ადგილობრივ მოსახლეობას შესაძლებლობა აქვს, ღია და ხელმისაწვდომ სივრცეში დაუკავშირდეს ინტერნეტს და გამოიყენოს იგი სხვადასხვა დანიშნულებისთვის.

🇪🇺 Within the EU-funded project “REDI: Rural Empowerment through Digital Inclusion", free Wi-Fi zones have already been set up in four villages in Guria: Khevi, Bzholieti, Tkhinvali, and Zemo Natani.

💁‍♀️ This means that local residents now have the opportunity to access the internet in an open and accessible space and use it for various purposes.

🏗 ტვიშში – რემონტი აქტიურ ფაზაშია და მალე დასრულდება.

👉 ღებში – სარემონტო სამუშაოები უახლოეს პერიოდში დაიწყება.

💻 ევროკავშირის მიერ დაფინანსებული "REDI: სოფლის გაძლიერება ციფრული ჩართულობის გზით" პროექტის ფარგლებში, რეგიონში სულ მცირე 3 ციფრული ჰაბი გაიხსნება.

ℹ️ ციფრული ჰაბები სოფლის მოსახლეობას მისცემს სწრაფ ინტერნეტზე წვდომას, კომპიუტერებისა და სხვა ტექნიკის რესურსს.

ამასთანავე, შესაძლებლობას, განავითარონ ციფრული უნარები, რაც გაზრდის მოსახლეობის დასაქმებისა და სწავლების შესაძლებლობებს.

🔹 Renovation and improvement works are underway on digital hubs in the Racha-Lechkhumi and Lower Svaneti region.

🏗 In Tvishi, the renovation is in its active phase and will be completed soon.

👉 In Ghebi, construction works will begin shortly.

💻 As part of the EU-funded project "REDI: Rural Empowerment through Digital Inclusion," at least three digital hubs will be launched in the region.

ℹ️ These digital hubs will provide rural communities with access to high-speed internet, computers, and other digital equipment.

They will also offer opportunities to develop digital skills, enhancing residents' access to employment and education.

📣 ამიტომ, საინფორმაციო შეხვედრა გავმართეთ ადგილობრივ მოსახლეობასთან; გავუზიარეთ ინფორმაცია პროექტის შესახებ და რაც მთავარია, მოვისმინეთ მათი შეხედულებები, საჭიროებები და იდეები. სწორედ ეს შეჯერებული ხედვა გახდება ციფრული ჰაბის განვითარებისა და მოწყობის საფუძველი.

📣 For this purpose, we held an information meeting with the local community, sharing details about the project and, most importantly, listening to their perspectives, needs, and ideas. This shared vision will serve as the foundation for developing and equipping the digital hub.

The Tvishi Digital Hub will be a space where locals can access computers, printers, and other equipment, as well as high-quality internet. It will provide opportunities to enhance their knowledge and work on new possibilities for personal and professional growth.

✨ We look forward to completing the renovation works, equipping the hub with technology, and making it fully operational.

🔹 „REDI: სოფლის გაძლიერება ციფრული ჩართულობის გზით“ პროექტის ფარგლებში, პირველი ციფრული ჰაბი მზადაა კომპიუტერებისა და ტექნიკის მისაღებად.

სოფელ ჭრებალოში, REDI-ს პირველ ციფრულ ჰაბში, უკვე დავასრულეთ სარემონტო სამუშაოები. Გვიხარია, რომ ეს კომფორტული და მოწესრიგებული სივრცე, მალე ადგილობრივ მოსახლეობას მოემსახურება.

💻 რაჭა-ლეჩხუმისა და ქვემო სვანეთის მხარეში ციფრული ჰაბები სხვა სოფლებში, ღებსა და ტვიშშიც გაიხსნება.

🇪🇺 ინიციატივა ფინანსდება ევროკავშირის მიერ და მიზნად ისახავს საქართველოს სოფლებსა და ქალაქებს შორის ციფრული უთანასწორობის შემცირებას კავშირგაბმულობის ინფრასტრუქტურის გაუმჯობესებისა და ციფრული წიგნიერების განვითარების გზით.

🔹 As part of the project “REDI: Rural Empowerment through Digital Inclusion”, the first digital hub is now ready to receive computers and equipment.

In the village of Chrebalo, renovation works for REDI’s first digital hub have been successfully completed. We’re excited to see this comfortable and well-organised space soon serving the local community.

💻 In addition to Chrebalo, new digital hubs will soon open in the villages of Ghebi and Tvishi, located in the Racha-Lechkhumi and Kvemo Svaneti region.

🇪🇺 This initiative is funded by the European Union and aims to reduce the digital divide between Georgia’s rural and urban areas by improving connectivity infrastructure and enhancing digital literacy.

🔹 პროექტის "REDI: სოფლის გაძლიერება ციფრული ჩართულობის გზით" ფარგლებში ჩატარებული კვლევის ერთ-ერთი მთავარი მიზანი იყო სამიზნე სოფლებში საჯარო სივრცეების ხელმისაწვდომობისა და იქ არსებული ინტერნეტ კავშირის შეფასება.

კვლევამ აჩვენა, რომ არსებულ საჯარო სივრცეებში უფასო Wi-Fi პრაქტიკულად არ არსებობს — ინტერნეტი საზოგადოების ფართო ჯგუფებისთვის არ არის ხელმისაწვდომი არც სკოლებში, არც სპორტულ დაწესებულებებსა თუ სხვა საჯარო სივრცეებში.

🎯 რაჭის სოფლებში Wi-Fi ზონებისა და ციფრული ჰაბების შექმნა პროექტი REDI-ს ერთ-ერთი პრიორიტეტია — რაც გაზრდის ადგილობრივების წვდომას განათლებაზე, ციფრულ სერვისებზე და დაეხმარება რეგიონს განვითარებაში.

🇪🇺 შეგახსენებთ, რომ პროექტი "REDI: სოფლის გაძლიერება ციფრული ჩართულობის გზით" ხორციელდება ევროკავშირის დაფინანსებით.

🔹 One of the key goals of the research conducted within the framework of the EU-funded project "REDI: Rural Empowerment through Digital Inclusion" was to assess the accessibility of public spaces in target villages and the availability of internet connectivity within them.

The study revealed that free Wi-Fi is virtually nonexistent in existing public spaces — there is no internet access in schools, sports venues, or other community locations.

🎯 Establishing Wi-Fi zones and digital hubs in Racha villages is one of REDI's top priorities — it will enhance access to education, digital services, and help foster the region's overall development.

🇪🇺 "REDI: Rural Empowerment through Digital Inclusion" project is implemented with the financial support of the European Union.

🇪🇺 დასრულდა ევროკავშირის მიერ დაფინანსებული პროექტი — „ჩოხატაურის მუნიციპალიტეტი მდგრადი ენერგეტიკული მომავლისკენ."

პროექტის ფარგლებში გურიის რეგიონში არაერთი მნიშვნელოვანი ენერგოეფექტური ინოვაცია დაინერგა, რაც ხელს უწყობს უფრო ეკოლოგიური და კომფორტული საცხოვრებელი გარემოს შექმნას!

🌱 გურიის რეგიონში ენერგოეფექტურად აღიჭურვა 7 საბავშვო ბაღი;

🔌 მოეწყო ელექტრომობილების დამტენი სადგური;

📶 დამონტაჟდა ჭკვიანი სკამები – უფასო WiFi-ითა და დამტენი მოწყობილობებით;

💡უდაბნოს მონასტერისკენ მიმავალი გზა ენერგოეფექტური გარე განათებით აღიჭურვა.

✅ენერგოეფექტური ინიციატივების წასახალისებლად, 25 მცირე გრანტი გაიცა ინდივიდებსა და საინიციატივო ჯგუფებზე, ასევე ადგილობრივი სამოქალაქო საზოგადოებისა და მედია ორგანიზაციებზე და მცირე ბიზნესის წარმომადგენლებზე

🇪🇺 The EU-funded project “Chokhatauri Municipality Towards a Sustainable Energy Future” has successfully concluded!

The project brought several important infrastructure innovations to Chokhatauri, contributing to the creation of an eco-friendly and more comfortable living environment.

🌱 7 kindergartens in the Guria region were equipped with energy-efficient systems;

🔌 An electric vehicle charging station was installed;

📶 Smart benches with free WiFi and device charging ports were set up;

💡The road leading to Udabno Monastery was equipped with energy-efficient street lighting;

✅To encourage energy-efficient initiatives, 25 small grants were awarded to individuals and initiative groups, as well as local civil society and media organizations, and small business representatives.

✨These changes are a significant step towards a more sustainable, energy-efficient, and technologically advanced future for Chokhatauri!

🔹ჭრებალოში პირველი ციფრული ჰაბი იხსნება!

ევროკავშირის მიერ დაფინანსებული "REDI: სოფლის გაძლიერება ციფრული ჩართულობის გზით" პროექტის ფარგლებში, რაჭის რეგიონში, კერძოდ კი ჭრებალოში, პირველი ციფრული ჰაბი გაიხსნება.

🌐ციფრული ჰაბი ადგილობრივ მოსახლეობას გაუზრდის წვდომას ინტერნერტთან, გაზრდის დასაქმების შანსებს, უზრუნველყოფს ციფრულ სერვისებზე ხელმისაწვდომობას და ხელს შეუწყობს ციფრული კომპეტენციების განვითარებას.

📍პროექტის ფარგლებში რაჭაში სულ მცირე 4 ციფრული ჰაბის გახსნა იგეგმება. კონკრეტულ ლოკაციებს კი უახლეს მომავალში გაგიზიარებთ.

👥ჩვენ ასევე ვგეგმავთ სოფლებში მოსახლეობასთან შეხვედრას, რათა გავუზიაროთ მათ მეტი ინფორმაცია და მოვისმინოთ უკუკავშირი.

🔹The First Digital Hub Opens in Chrebalo!

Within the framework of the EU-funded project "REDI: Rural Empowerment through Digital Inclusion", the first digital hub is opening in the Racha region, specifically in the village of Chrebalo.

🌐The digital hub will enhance local residents' internet access, expand employment opportunities, offer digital services, and foster the development of digital skills.

📍At least four digital hubs will be opened across Racha as part of the project. We will soon share the specific locations where the next hubs will be launched.

👥We also plan to visit the villages to meet with local communities, share information about the project, and hear their feedback and needs.

🇪🇺 ევროკავშირის მიერ დაფინანსებული პროექტის "REDI: სოფლის გაძლიერება ციფრული ჩართულობის გზით" ერთ-ერთი მნიშვნელოვანი ნაბიჯი იყო სამიზნე რეგიონებში რაოდენობრივი და თვისებრივი კვლევის ჩატარება, რათა რეალურად შეგვეფასებინა ინტერნეტთან დაკავშირებული გამოწვევები.

ინტერნეტთან წვდომა განსაკუთრებით მნიშვნელოვანი გამოწვევაა გურიის რეგიონში.

🔹 გურიის სოფლების საჯარო სივრცეებიდან მხოლოდ 29.9% ხელმისაწვდომი უფასო Wi-Fi.

🔹 მცირე ბიზნესების მხოლოდ 72%-ს აქვს ინტერნეტი სამუშაო სივრცეში.

🔹 ინტერნეტის სიჩქარე და ხარისხი დაბალია რეგიონში.

🎯 სწორედ ამიტომ გურიის სოფლებში საჯარო Wi-Fi ჰოთსპოტების მოწყობა REDI-ს პროექტის ერთ-ერთი ცენტრალური მიზანია, რაც გაზრდის წვდომას საგანმანათლებლო რესურსებზე, ციფრულ სერვისებზე და საბოლოო ჯამში ხელს შეუწყობს რეგიონის სოციალურ-ეკონომიკურ განვითარებას.

🇪🇺 One of the key steps of the EU-funded project "REDI: Rural Empowerment through Digital Inclusion" was conducting quantitative and qualitative research in target regions to assess the real challenges related to internet connectivity.

📍Access to the internet remains a significant challenge in the Guria region.

🔹 Only 29.9% of public spaces in Gurian villages have access to free Wi-Fi.

🔹 Only 72% of small businesses have internet access at their workplace.

🔹 Internet speed and quality are low and unstable throughout the region.

🎯 That’s why setting up public Wi-Fi hotspots in Gurian villages is critically important — it will help ensure stable, high-quality internet connectivity, increase access to education and digital services and ultimately contribute to the region’s social and economic development.
