📍 Bakuriani, Georgia
Day 1 of InnovatorsLab is officially behind us — and Bakuriani welcomed us with BIG snow ❄️ The mountains are completely white, and the winter vibe here makes everything feel a bit more magical.
Participants from Bulgaria, Georgia, Armenia, Turkey, and Romania arrived with different stories and expectations — but by the end of the day, it already felt like one team.
We spent the day laughing during name games (some of us are still trying to remember all the names 😄), solving small team missions, and slowly building the trust that will carry us through this journey.
It wasn’t about heavy theory today. It was about connection. About creating a safe space where everyone feels comfortable to speak, share, and experiment.
We also explored Kolb’s Experiential Learning Cycle — not as a lecture, but by actually experiencing what learning-by-doing feels like. And you could really see the curiosity in the room.
There’s something special about starting a peacebuilding project surrounded by snow-covered mountains. Fresh air, fresh energy, fresh beginnings.

Erasmus+ KA2 Project: InnovatorsLab – Gen Z’s Game-Based Peacebuilding ✨

On October 10, 2025, we held our second dissemination activity at the YPE office! 💬
We shared updates about our project and discussed how young people can learn peacebuilding and conflict resolution through fun and creative tools — like games, simulations, and escape rooms 🎲🕊️

We also presented highlights from the mid-term event in Romania, where partners discussed project outcomes and next steps. Participants learned more about our online platform and social media pages, where they can explore peace education tools and follow future activities. 🌍💡

📍ბულგარეთის ქალაქ ბანსკოში 7-15 ივლისს ტრენინგ კურსი – “Pilot Testing Event” იმართება

მონაწილე ქვეყნები: 🇷🇴 რუმინეთი 🇬🇪 საქართველო 🇧🇬 ბულგარეთი 🇹🇷 თურქეთი 🇦🇲 სომხეთი

🌟პირველ დღეს
მონაწილეები გაეცნენ ტრენინგ კურსის აჯენდას, მიმღები ორგანიზაციის მისიასა და მიდგომებს.
🏃‍♀️ასევე ჩაერთნენ ენერჯაიზერებში და სესიებში, რომლებიც ემსახურებოდა გუნდის მშენებლობასა და მონაწილეების დაახლოებას.

⏳კვირის განმავლობაში ისინი თავად იქნებიან ფასილიტატორები და პრაქტიკაში გამოცდიან მიდგომებს, რომელსაც ახალგაზრდა მუშაკები სხვადასხვა ქვეყნებში გამოიყენებენ.

📍A training course – Pilot Testing Event – is taking place in Bansko, Bulgaria, from July 7 to 15.

Participant countries: 🇷🇴 Romania 🇬🇪 Georgia 🇧🇬 Bulgaria 🇹🇷 Turkey 🇦🇲 Armenia

🌟On the first day,
participants were introduced to the training course agenda, as well as the host organization's mission and approaches.
🏃‍♀️They also took part in energizers and sessions focused on team building and getting to know one another.

⏳Throughout the week,
they will act as facilitators themselves and put into practice the approaches that youth workers use across different countries.

🌟 Right2Youth: Wrapping Up with Action and Reflection 🌟

Days 6 and 7 brought our journey to a meaningful close:
📝 Participants focused on planning follow-up activities, creating their action plans on the spot, and receiving valuable tips and feedback from trainers.
🧐 Trainers led engaging offline and online evaluation activities, giving everyone a chance to reflect on their experiences and share their thoughts.

These two days were all about preparing for the future while celebrating everything we’ve achieved together. 💡

🌟 Right2Youth: A Day for Equality and Empowerment 🌟

Day 5 was all about making a difference:
⚖️ Gender Equality – understanding its importance and breaking down stereotypes.
🗣️ Communication and Presentation Skills – learning how to speak up and inspire others.

The highlight? Participants designed and delivered their own workshops on human and women’s rights! 💡 They shared their ideas, led discussions, and showed their passion for change.

📋 Trainers provided feedback, helping everyone grow and refine their skills.

Day 4 took us deeper into the world of human rights education, using tools that truly make an impact.

We focused on:
🎓 Exploring non-formal education methods that make learning engaging and meaningful.
📘 Diving into the Compass Manual for Human Rights Education with Young People, a powerful guide for creating change.

Through interactive sessions, discussions, and activities, participants discovered creative ways to promote human rights and inspire others.

Day 3 was all about exploring the heart of our training – human rights education.

Together, we:
💬 Discussed what human rights mean and how we understand them.
📚 Broke down the key terms and concepts that shape human rights.
🤔 Reflected on the basic rights every person should have, no matter who they are or where they’re from.

The conversations were inspiring, thought-provoking, and filled with a shared commitment to creating a fairer world for everyone.

📅 21-27 ნოემბერს ქობულეთში იმართება ტრენინგ-კურსი ადამიანის უფლებებზე და სახელმძღვანელო "Compass - Manual for Human Rights Education with Young People" გამოყენებაზე.

🎯 პროექტის ერთ-ერთი მიზანია მონაწილეებისთვის „კომპასის“ სახელმძღვანელოს გაცნობა. ტრენინგ-კურსი ემსახურება კრიტიკული აზროვნების, გუნდური მუშაობის, კომუნიკაციის უნარებისა და მოწყვლადი ჯგუფების საჭიროებებზე ცნობიერების ამაღლებას.
🌍 მთავარი მიზანი: ხელი შეუწყოს ადამიანის უფლებათა განათლებასა და ადვოკატირებას ადგილობრივ თემებში.
