2023 წლის 8 დეკემბერს, 18:00 საათზე, წიგნის სახლში „ლიგამუსი“ გაიმართა საჯარო დისკუსია თემაზე „საქართველო-ევროკავშირის ურთიერთობების პერსპექტივა: ასოცირებული ტრიოდან კანდიდატის სტატუსამდე”.

🟡 ექსპერტებთან ერთად განხილულ იქნა აღმოსავლეთ პარტნიორობის ფორმატით განსაზღვრული რეფორმების ჩატარების დინამიკა, განსაკუთრებით კანდიდატის სტატუსის საბოლოო გადაწყვეტილების მოლოდინის პირობებში, და ევროკავშირი-საქართველოს სამომავლო ურთიერთობათა განვითარების სცენარები.

🟡 დისკუსიაში მონაწილეობა მიიღეს ვანო ჩხიკვაძემ, ღია საზოგადოების ფონდის ევროინტეგრაციის პროგრამის მენეჯერი, და გიგი გიგიაძემ, ეკონომიკური პოლიტიკის კვლევის ცენტრის უფროსი მკვლევარი, კარიერული დიპლომატი, ყოფილი საგარეო საქმეთა მინისტრის მოადგილე და ყოფილი ელჩი დანიაში.

🟡 დისკუსიის მოდერატორი გახლდათ – ირაკლი ფორჩხიძე, საქართველოს სტრატეგიული კვლევების ინსტიტუტის ვიცე-პრეზიდენტი, ილიას სახელმწიფო უნივერსიტეტის სამართლის სკოლის ასოცირებული პროფესორი.

დისკუსია ჩატარდა პროექტ „აღმოსავლეთ პარტნიორობის შედეგები და დაკავშირებული რეფორმების მონიტორინგის“ ფარგლებში, რომელსაც ახორციელებს საქართველოს სტრატეგიული კვლევების ინსტიტუტი უკრაინულ კვლევით ორგანიზაცია Foreign Policy Council "Ukrainian Prism" -თან პარტნიორობითა და აღმოსავლეთ პარტნიორობის სამოქალაქო საზოგადოების ფორუმის ფინანსური მხარდაჭერით.

On December 8, 2023, at 18:00, a public discussion was organized on the topic of 'Perspectives of Georgia-European Union relations: From Associated Trio to Candidate Status.'

🟡 Experts analyzed the dynamics of the implementation of reforms in Georgia within the framework of the Eastern Partnership policy, especially in anticipation of the candidate country status, and explored scenarios for the future development of Georgia-European Union relations.

🟡 The discussion was led by Vano Chkhikvadze, European Integration Program Manager at the Open Society Foundation, and Gigi Gigiadze, Senior Researcher at the Economic Policy Research Center, Career Diplomat, Former Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Former Ambassador to Denmark.

🟡 The discussion was moderated by Irakli Porchkhidze, Vice-President of the Georgian Institute for Strategic Studies (GISS) and Associate Professor of the School of Law at Ilia State University.

The discussion was organized within the framework of the project 'Monitoring EaP Deliverables and Related Reforms,' implemented by GISS in cooperation with Foreign Policy Council "Ukrainian Prism" and with financial support from the Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum.

✅ In matters of reliable institutions, the rule of law and the security of citizens, all the countries of the Eastern Partnership have had a different pace of reforms and achievements in recent years. At the same time, in none of the cases all the most important qualitative transformations have been implemented in each of the states.

✅ In the justice domain, the most extensive reforms have been implemented in recent years in Georgia, the Republic of Moldova, and Ukraine

✅ Ukraine and, to a lesser extent, Georgia have made the most noticeable progress in the field of proper public administration in recent years.

✅ Cooperation with the EU has played a significant role in improving the system of preventing and fighting corruption in Georgia, the Republic of Moldova, Ukraine and, to a lesser extent, in Armenia.

✅ In the domain of security, the main challenge for all Eastern Partnership countries remains protection from external threats and the creation of conditions for sustainable peace.

დღეს, 7 ივნისს, საქართველოს სტრატეგიული კვლევების ინსტიტუტის ვიცე-პრეზიდენტი ირაკლი ფორჩხიძე მონაწილეობას მიიღებს Zero Corrupion კონფერენციაში, სადაც ისაუბრებს ნატოს ღია კარის პოლიტიკაზე და თუ რა გავლენა შეიძლება იქონიოს ამ მნიშვნელოვანმა ინსტრუმენტმა საქართველოში დემოკრატიის განვითარებასა და კარგი მმართველობის გაძლიერებაზე.

2020 წლის 26 ნოემბერს, ახალი ევროპის ცენტრის ორგანიზებით და აშშ-ს გერმანიის მარშალის ფონდის მხარდაჭერით გაიმართა ონ-ლაინ დისკუსია “უკრაინა, საქართველო და ტრანსატლანტიკური ალიანსის მომავალი”. ახალი ევროპის ცენტრის დირექტორმა ალიონა გეტმანჩუკმა და საქართველოს სტრატეგიული კვლევების ინსტიტუტის ვიცე-პრეზიდენტმა ირაკლი ფორჩხიძემ წარმოადგინეს ერთობლივი რეკომენდაციები ნატო-ს ახალ კონცეფციასთან დაკავშირებით.

On November 26, 2020 the New Europe Center and the German Marshall Fund of the United States have organized the on-line discussion “Ukraine, Georgia and the Future of the Transatlantic Alliance”. Alyona Getmanchuk, Director of New Europe Center and Irakli Porchkhidze, Vice-president of GISS presented the joint recommendations regarding the new NATO strategic concept.

საქართველოს სტრატეგიული კვლევების ინსტიტუტმა უკრაინულ “ახალი ევროპის ცენტრთან” თანამშრომლობით მოამზადა ნატო-ს სტრატეგიულ კონცეფციასთან დაკავშირებული, ქართულ-უკრაინული რეკომენდაციების დოკუმენტი.

აღნიშნული პუბლიკაციის მიზანია, ნატოს 2030 წლის სტრატეგიული ხედვის ჩამოყალიბების პროცესში გათვალისიწნებულ იქნეს საქართველო-უკრაინის ხედვები.

პუბლიკაცია მომზადდა აშშ-ს გერმანიის მარშალის ფონდის მხარდაჭერით და ევრო-ატლანტიკური ინტეგრაციის მიმართულებით წამყვანი ექსპერტების მონაწილეობით.

The Georgian Institute for Strategic Studies (GISS) in cooperation with the New Europe Center produced joint recommendations to reflect Ukrainian-Georgian views in the process of developing a new NATO strategic concept. The paper is the Ukrainian-Georgian expert contribution to the NATO Reflection process 2030.

The publication was produced with the support of The German Marshall Fund of the United States with the engagement of the leading experts in the field of Euro-Atlantic integration.

On October 3-5, 2019 the Georgian Institute for Strategic Studies (GISS) in cooperation with Collegium Civitas (Poland) with support of Black Sea Trust for Regional Cooperation(BST) hosted educational program TRASC 2 - ‘Europe – What's Next? Transformational Leadership and Confidence Building for Young Professionals.

TRASC 2 gathered 16 young leaders from Poland and the three South Caucasus countries – Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia with the goal to share knowledge about transformational leadership. The programme also aimed to enhance regional cooperation and consensus building by improving understanding of European approximation in the context of transformational politics.

The sessions and workshops were moderated by:

საქართველოს სტრატეგიული კვლევების ინსტიტუტი აცხადებს მცირე საგრანტო კონკურსს პროექტის - ‘დეზინფორმაციის გავლენა და მედია წიგნიერება’ - ფარგლებში. პროექტი ხორციელდება ლიეტუვის საელჩოს - Lietuvos ambasada Sakartvele/ლიეტუვის საელჩო საქართველოში დაფინანსებით და მიზნად ისახავს დეზინფორმაციის ფორმების და არხების შესახებ ცნობიერების ამაღლებას, საჭირო უნარ ჩვევების განვითარებას დეზინფორმაციის და პროპაგანდის იდენტიფიცირებისთვის.

ვის შეუძლია პროექტის წარმოდგენა

პროექტის წარმოდგენა შეუძლიათ სამოქალაქო საზოგადოების ორგანიზაციების წარმომადგენლებს, მასწავლებლებს, სტუდენტებს, ჟურსნალისტები და სხვა დაინტერესებულ პირებს რომლებმაც მონაწილეობა მიიღეს საქართველოს ხუთ ქალაქში - ახალციხე, მარნეული, რუსთავი, ქუთაისი და ბათუმი - ჩატარებულ ტრენინგებში.

რას უნდა ეხებოდეს პროექტი

პროექტი მიზნად უნდა ისახავდეს მოსახლეობის ფართო წრეების ცნობიერების ამაღლებას ისეთ საკითხებზე, როგორიცაა დეზინფორმაცია და მედია წიგნიერება. თითოეული რეგიონიდან შეირჩევა ერთი საუკეთესო პროექტი და დაფინანსდება 400 ევროთი.

26 და 27 ივლისს, ქ. ქუთაისის და ბათუმის დემოკრატიული ჩართულობის ცენტრებში, საქართველოს სტრატეგიული კვლევების ინსტიტუტმა (GISS) გამართა ტრენინგი თემაზე დეზინფორმაციის გავლენა და მედია წიგნიერება. ტრენინგში მონაწილეობა მიიღეს სამოქალაქო საზოგადოების ორგანიზაციების წარმომადგენლებმა, მასწავლებლებმა, სტუდენტებმა, ჟურნალისტებმა და სხვა დაინტერესებულმა პირებმა.
პროექტი ხორციელდება ლიეტუვის საელჩოს - Lietuvos ambasada Sakartvele/ლიეტუვის საელჩო საქართველოში დაფინანსებით. პირველი ეტაპზე ტრენინგები გაიმართა საქართველოს ხუთ ქალაქში: ახალციხე, მარნეული, რუსთავი, ქუთაისი და ბათუმი. პროექტის მეორე ეტაპზე ტრენინგის მონაწილეებს თავად შეეძლებათ წარმოადგინონ საკუთარი მცირე პროექტები, რომელთა დაფინანსება და განხორციელაბაც მოხდება საქართველოს სტრატეგიული კვლევების ინსტიტუტის მხარდაჭერით.
