European Development Center of Georgia was established in December of 2015. We are a Non-Government Organization with a concentration on human rights and social development in Georgia. EDCG uses an interactive “Grassroots” approach with its projects; this gives us the opportunity to interact with individuals and citizens to whom EDCG was established to reach. EDCG aims to further develop Georgia a
nd Georgian youth and to promote European values thorough Georgia. EDCG strongly believes that all people should be given a say in the decisions that are affecting their lives; therefore, the dispersion of independent non-government and non-politically motivated information and assistance across Georgia to the people is of great importance to us. For this reason, the European Development Center of Georgia uses its interactive grassroots approach to offer an open platform for individuals, not only citizens of Georgia, but also ex-patriots residing in Georgia with the opportunity to reach and express ideas and concerns with other organizations, civil societies, government parties, and the private business sector in hopes of having their voice heard and to have an influence on further social development in Georgia. Our members consist of a young, progressive, and multi-national team from Georgia, the United States of America, the European Union, and Russia.All of our members share a passion and concern for the social development and progression of Georgia’s future.
