დღეს, კიბოს მსოფლიო დღეს, თბილისი მერიოტში, ონკოსაზოგადოება Hope / იმედი და EUROPA DONNA GEORGIA ორგანიზებით, პრესკონფერენცია გაიმართა. სადაც, წარმოვადგინეთ პეტიცია და მკაფიო მოთხოვნები კიბოს მართვის სისტემის გაუმჯობესების მიზნით.
📌 პეტიციით გაწერილი ჩვენი ძირითადი მოთხოვნებია:
• ადრეული დიაგნოსტიკური კვლევების სრულფასოვანი დაფინანსება;
• ინოვაციური ონკოლოგიური მედიკამენტების დროული ჩართვა სახელმწიფო დაფინანსებაში;
• ონკოლოგიური რეაბილიტაციის ხელმისაწვდომობა, მათ შორის ფსიქოსოციალური მხარდაჭერა, რეკონსტრუქციული ქირურგია და ლიმფედემის მართვა;
• ონკოლოგიური ელექტრონული რეგისტრის შექმნა;
აქვე აღვნიშნეთ, რომ ადრეული დიაგნოსტიკის დაფინანსების პროექტი უკვე შემუშავებულია City Cancer Challenge (C/Can)-ის - საერთაშორისო გამოცდილების მქონე ორგანიზაციის მიერ, რომელიც სხვადასხვა ქვეყანაში ეხმარება მთავრობებსა და ჯანდაცვის სისტემებს მტკიცებულებებზე დაფუძნებული, რეალური გადაწყვეტილებების მიღებაში.
ეს ნიშნავს, რომ დღეს უკვე არსებოს სამუშაო ჯგუფების მიერ - სპეციალისტების, პაციენტთა ორგანიზაციებისა და სახელმწიფო უწყებების ჩართულობით - მომზადებული, სანდო და განსახორციელებლად მზა პროექტი. სადაც:
✅საჭირო კვლევები გაწერილია ნოზოლოგიების მიხედვით;
✅ეტაპები განსაზღვრულია;
✅ბიუჯეტი დათვლადია;
და ჩვენი მთავარი მოთხოვნა, კი ამ გადაწყვეტილების დროული ამოქმედებაა!
📍მნიშვნელოვანია, რომ ადრეული დიაგნოსტიკა და ინოვაციური მკურნალობა, არა მხოლოდ იცავს სიცოცხლეს, არამედ გრძელვადიან პერსპექტივაში, ამცირებს გართულებებს და ამსუბუქებს სახელმწიფოსთვის ფინანსურ ტვირთს.
ონკოსაზოგადოება „ჰოუფი“ და „ევროპა დონა საქართველო“, როგორც პაციენტთა ორგანიზაციები, სრულად ვაცნობიერებთ ჩვენი თანამონაწილეობის მნიშვნელოვნებას კიბოს მართვის პროცესში და მზაობას გამოვთქვამთ უწყვეტი თანამშრომლობისთვის.
კიბოს მსოფლიო დღე გვახსენებს, რომ კიბო არ არის მხოლოდ სამედიცინო პრობლემა. ეს არის სოციალური პასუხისმგებლობა! და ამ საერთო პასუხისმგებლობაში, მნიშვნელოვანია მკაფიოდ და ანგარიშგასაწევად ისმოდეს პაციენტის ხმა.
Today, on World Cancer Day, a press conference was held at the Tbilisi Marriott, organized by the oncology community HOPE and EUROPA DONNA GEORGIA. During the event, we presented a petition and clearly articulated our demands aimed at improving the cancer management system.
📌 The key demands outlined in the petition include:
• Full funding of early diagnostic screening programs;
• Timely inclusion of innovative oncology medications in state funding schemes;
• Accessibility of oncological rehabilitation services, including psychosocial support, reconstructive surgery, and lymphedema management;
• Establishment of a national oncological electronic registry.
We also emphasized that the project for financing early diagnostic services has already been developed by City Cancer Challenge (C/Can), an international organization with extensive experience in supporting governments and healthcare systems across different countries in implementing evidence-based, practical solutions.
This means that there is already a reliable, implementation-ready project prepared by working groups involving specialists, patient organizations, and state institutions, in which:
✅ Required diagnostic studies are defined by cancer types;
✅ Implementation stages are clearly outlined;
✅ The budget is calculable.
Our main demand is the timely implementation of this solution.
📍 It is important to underline that early diagnosis and innovative treatment not only save lives but also, in the long term, reduce complications and ease the financial burden on the state.
As patient organizations, the oncology community HOPE and EUROPA DONNA GEORGIA fully recognize the importance of our participation in the cancer management process and express our readiness for continuous cooperation.
World Cancer Day reminds us that cancer is not only a medical issue — it is a social responsibility. And within this shared responsibility, it is crucial that the patient’s voice is heard clearly and taken into account.
