๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ชInternational Center for Peace and Integration is thrilled to share the experiences of participants from the Erasmus+ project "The Power of Young Artists," which took place in Poronin, Poland, from March 10-20, 2025!

This vibrant program brought together participants from seven different countriesโ€”Georgia ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ช , Lithuania ๐Ÿ‡ฑ๐Ÿ‡น, Tรผrkiye ๐Ÿ‡น๐Ÿ‡ท , Bulgaria ๐Ÿ‡ง๐Ÿ‡ฌ , Poland๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ฑ , Ukraine ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ , and Jordan ๐Ÿ‡ฏ๐Ÿ‡ด โ€”each represented by a team of six. Organized by the "We Are For U" foundation,the project focused on artistic and creative workshops, ultimately leading to a public art performance at a local school for young children.

๐Ÿ‘ซAccording to the participants, they immersed themselves in diverse art forms, including music, dance, acting, singing, painting, and creative writing. The inclusive and flexible approach of the organizers allowed everyone to step outside their comfort zones and explore new artistic expressions, ensuring a dynamic and rewarding experience for all.

๐ŸŽ“Beyond the workshops, the project was enriched by two unforgettable field tripsโ€”one to the picturesque town of Zakopane and another to the relaxing Chocholowskie Termy thermal center. These excursions, along with intercultural nights and engaging after-day activities, created a strong sense of community and cultural exchange among participants.

๐Ÿ’ƒ๐ŸผDespite the intense schedule, the hard work and dedication of everyone involved paid off, culminating in an inspiring performance that left a lasting impact on both participants and the local audience. Participants expressed their deepest gratitude to "We Are For U" for their dedication to creating an inclusive and enriching environment.

๐Ÿ“We share highlights from the second stage of our two-part Erasmus+ training course "Empower to Inspire", which took place in Drusti, Latvia, bringing together youth workers from Georgia, Ukraine, Latvia, Romania, Italy, Spain, and Sweden.

๐Ÿง  Through experiential learning, youth workers enhanced their ability to connect with vulnerable youth, build trust, and provide meaningful support, while also deepening their own personal development and professional capacities.

๐Ÿ’ฌ The training course empowered participants to confidently apply tools and methods in real-life situations and to continue making a positive impact within their local communities.

๐ŸŽฏ Special thanks to our dedicated trainer Luca Crivellari and our wonderful partners from Latvia Esi Labs for making this stage so impactful.

We want to share again a little bit of more about the second stage of our outdoor project, "Aim and Go", which took place in Barcani, Romania, from 27th of October to 4th of November 2024.
The main objectives of the project were:
- Develop outdoor skills for the participants ;
- Encourage personal growth and self-reflection and develop a greater sense of purpose and direction;
- Promote teamwork and leadership as values in youth work;
- Raise awareness and consideration for a healthy and active life style;
- Empower youth workers to cover this topic with target group;

The first stage of the project aimed to develop outdoor skills for the participants and equip them with a series of helpful methods in implementing learning experiences in outdoor education. So on the second stage participants were able to practice more the knowledge they gained on the first stage.
Most of the participants were the same on the first and second stage and it felt like meeting family again! Youth workers from Georgia, Spain, Romania, Ukraine, Italy, Azerbaijan, Turkey and North Macedonia gathered again and spent an unforgettable days, which made it more difficult to say good-buy again.
Coming back to their homes, Georgian participants were full of emotions and initiatives and they made their follow up activities in different cities of Georgia.

@แƒœแƒแƒ—แƒ˜แƒ แƒกแƒ˜แƒ“แƒแƒ›แƒแƒœแƒ˜แƒซแƒ” from ICPI, together with her friends established the hiking club "Mokhetiale" in Gori municipality. The club aligns with the requirements of the National Curriculum and the general goals of education. In frame of follow up of "Aim and Go", Natia organized a hike with the members of the club in "Kaklebi forest". The first part of her session was focused on practical exercises for team and trust-building, while the second part covered information about hiking equipment and survival exercises in nature. As Natia is sharing, she used a lot of activities and methods from "Aim and Go" project. During the follow up activity local youth learnt how to pitch a tent, how to make a fire, how to take care of environment etc...

Aleko Jobava from ICPI experienced climbing first time in his life during "Aim and Go" project, second stage. He got so excited, he decided to continue climbing in Georgia, so after coming back, he organized a climbing activity with local youth.

Tazo Kvirikashvili from ICPI also wanted to share his experience and knowledge from "Aim and Go" with local youth and organized a trip in his hometown with local youth. They went to hike to "Ateni Volley". Tazo decided to make a workshop of "How to make a fire" with youth and he shared information about Erasmus + possibilities.

แƒ˜แƒ แƒ˜แƒœแƒ แƒคแƒแƒ แƒฏแƒ˜แƒแƒœแƒ˜ from ICPI decided to share her experience with kids from her region - Svaneti. Do you feel like your smartphone has become an extension of your arm? ๐Ÿ“ฑ Does its use dominate your time and does it have negative impact on you well-being? Are you curious about how other young people from other cultures experience this? Well so were we!

Together with Joetz organization we organized the youth exchange โ€œMindful Swipes & Outdoor Vibesโ€ in Manglisi, Georgia from 17 โ€“ 26 of July 2024 which brought together young people from Belgium, Portugal, Spain, Czechia & Georgia. ๐ŸŒฟ We acknowledged the integral role of technology in modern life and focused on cultivating healthy relationships with digital tools. ๐Ÿ’ป The project emphasized the importance of integrating mindful practices into daily routines to counteract the negative effects of excessive usage of technology (mainly smartphone usage and social media). ๐Ÿ“ฑ
The project provided the opportunity to learn from one another and share experiences, knowledge and perspectives on the use of for example smartphones. In exploring alternative ways of spending time, this project incorporated creative activities, sports and outdoor activities. We went on hikes ๐Ÿฅพexplored salsa & bachata ๐Ÿ’ƒ tried judo & yoga ๐Ÿง˜ learned new painting skills ๐ŸŽจ we meditated and expressed ourselves through clay, we truly appreciated the nature around us and had fun around the campfire. ๐Ÿ”ฅ Read about how our Georgian participants experienced the project among the photos. ๐Ÿ‘€

This project was organized through the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union with our close partner organization โค๏ธ
