🔔წარმატებით დასრულდა Erasmus+ პროგრამის ფარგლებში განხორციელებული საერთაშორისო ახალგაზრდული პროექტი „Cool Leaders Academy 2025“, რომელიც ბაკურიანში 25 ოქტომბრიდან 2 ნოემბრამდე მიმდინარეობდა .
🎯პროექტი მიზნად ისახავდა ახალგაზრდა ლიდერებისა და ახალგაზრდული მუშაკების გაძლიერებას გარემოსდაცვითი განათლების, ეკო-მესიჯების გავრცელებისა და ციფრული პასუხისმგებლობის მიმართულებით.
🌎პროექტში მონაწილეობდნენ ახალგაზრდები საქართველოდან, ნიდერლანდებიდან, უკრაინიდან, ხორვატიიდან, პოლონეთიდან, გერმანიიდან და სომხეთიდან 🇬🇪🇳🇱🇺🇦🇭🇷🇵🇱🇩🇪🇦🇲.
ეს მრავალფეროვანი გუნდი გაერთიანდა საერთო მიზნისთვის , შევქმნათ ეკო-ცნობიერი და აქტიური ლიდერები, რომლებიც საკუთარ თემებში განავითარებენ გარემოსდაცვით ინიციატივებს.
🎯 პროექტის მიზნები იყო:
✅ ახალგაზრდების ჩართვა გარემოსდაცვითი და კლიმატის საკითხებისადმი ცნობიერების ამაღლების პროცესში;
✅ ეკო-ტრენერების ჩამოყალიბება, რომლებიც საკუთარ თემებში ცოდნის გამავრცელებლები გახდებიან;
✅ თანამშრომლობის გაძლიერება ევროკავშირსა და აღმოსავლეთ პარტნიორობის ქვეყნებს შორის საერთო ეკო-მიზნებისთვის;
✅ ცნობიერების ამაღლება World Cleanup Day და Digital Cleanup Day ინიციატივების მნიშვნელობაზე;
✅ MasterPeace-ის საგანმანათლებლო მოდელის “Cool Leader“ დანერგვა, რომელიც ეხმარება ახალგაზრდებს განვითარებაში ინოვაციური სწავლების მეთოდების მეშვეობით.
🧩 პროექტის ფარგლებში გაიმართა მრავალფეროვანი ტრენინგები, ვორქშოპები და პრაქტიკული აქტივობები, რამაც მონაწილეებს მისცა შესაძლებლობა შეიძინონ ახალი ცოდნა, განივითარონ ლიდერული და გუნდური უნარები, ისწავლონ ეფექტური კომუნიკაცია და გაეღრმავებინათ ცოდნა გარემოსდაცვითი მიმართულებით.
მონაწილეები აქტიურად იყვნენ ჩართულნი დისკუსიებში, ჯგუფურ დავალებებსა და პრეზენტაციებში, რაც მათ დაეხმარა უკეთ შეეგრძნოთ საერთაშორისო თანამშრომლობის მნიშვნელობა.
🌱 მონაწილეები დაბრუნდნენ თავიანთ თემებში მოტივირებულნი, გაავრცელონ მიღებული ცოდნა და იმოქმედონ გარემოსა და საზოგადოების სასარგებლოდ.
📌პროექტი მხარს უჭერს EU Green Deal, პარიზის შეთანხმებას და გაეროს მდგრადი განვითარების მიზნებს (UN SDGs), რაც კიდევ უფრო აძლიერებს პროექტის მნიშვნელობას გლობალურ კონტექსტში.
🤝 პროექტი განხორციელდა ორგანიზაციების MasterPeace და Let’s Do It Georgia თანამშრომლობით, ევროკავშირის Erasmus+ პროგრამის მხარდაჭერით.
🙏განსაკუთრებული მადლობა ორგანიზატორებს, ტრენერებსა და მონაწილეებს აქტიური ჩართულობის.
🔔 The international youth project “Cool Leaders Academy 2025” has successfully concluded in Bakuriani! 🌍✨
From October 25 to November 2, the project was implemented within the framework of the Erasmus+ programme, bringing together motivated young leaders and youth workers from across Europe.
🎯 The main goal of the project was to empower young leaders and youth workers in the fields of environmental education, eco-awareness, and digital responsibility.
🌎 Participants came from Georgia, the Netherlands, Ukraine, Croatia, Poland, Germany, and Armenia 🇬🇪🇳🇱🇺🇦🇭🇷🇵🇱🇩🇪🇦🇲.
This diverse group united around a common mission — to develop eco-conscious and active young leaders who will initiate and promote environmental actions in their local communities.
🎯 Project objectives:
✅ Engage young people in raising awareness on environmental and climate issues;
✅ Develop eco-trainers who will become knowledge multipliers in their communities;
✅ Strengthen cooperation between the EU and Eastern Partnership countries for common eco-goals;
✅ Raise awareness about the importance of World Cleanup Day and Digital Cleanup Day initiatives;
✅ Implement MasterPeace’s educational model “Cool Leader”, which supports youth development through innovative learning approaches.
🧩 Throughout the project, participants took part in interactive trainings, workshops, and practical activities, gaining valuable knowledge and improving their leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
They actively engaged in group discussions, tasks, and presentations, deepening their understanding of international cooperation and environmental responsibility.
🌱 Participants returned to their communities motivated to share the knowledge and inspire positive environmental change.
📌 The initiative supports the principles of the EU Green Deal, the Paris Agreement, and the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) — reinforcing the project’s significance in the global context.
🤝 The project was implemented by MasterPeace and Let’s Do It Georgia, with the support of the European Union’s Erasmus+ programme.
