📅 გაეროს გლობალური შეთანხმების საქართველოს ქსელის (UNGCNG) ორგანიზებით, 11–12 ივნისს ჩატარდა 10-საათიანი ინტენსიური სასწავლო კურსი თემაზე: „ბიზნესის კეთილსინდისიერება და კომპლაენსი/შესაბამისობა“.
👥 სასწავლო პროგრამას 20-ზე მეტი კომპანიის წარმომადგენელი დაესწრო, მათ შორის როგორც მსხვილი, ისე მცირე და საშუალო ბიზნესის წამყვანი რგოლის თანამშრომლები, ESG სპეციალისტები, იურისტები, ადამიანური რესურსების მართვის ხელმძღვანელები და შესაბამისობის (Compliance) ოფიცრები.
🎓 2 დღის განმავლობაში, ადგილობრივმა და საერთაშორისო ექსპერტებმა მონაწილეებთან ერთად განიხილეს ისეთი მნიშვნელოვანი საკითხები, როგორიცაა:
🔍 კორუფციული რისკების იდენტიფიცირება და მართვა.
🛡️ მესამე მხარის (Third Party) Due Diligence და „წითელი დროშები“ ბიზნესში.
📢 შიდა რეპორტინგის, საჩივრებისა და მამხილებლის (Whistleblowing) ეფექტური მექანიზმების დანერგვა.
📋 ანტიკორუფციული პოლიტიკებისა და პროცედურების შემუშავება ორგანიზაციებში.
🌍 საერთაშორისო ანტიკორუფციული ჩარჩოები (UNCAC, OECD) და UNODC-ის პრაქტიკული გაიდლაინები.
🎯 კურსის მიზანია ბიზნეს სექტორში პასუხისმგებლიანი საქმიანობის პოპულარიზაცია და კომპანიების ხელშეწყობა, რათა მათ ეფექტურად მართონ მმართველობითი რისკები, დაიცვან რეპუტაცია და დანერგონ საერთაშორისო სტანდარტების შესაბამისი კომპლაიანსის პროგრამები.
🏅 კურსის დასასრულს მონაწილეებს შესაბამისი სერტიფიკატები გადაეცათ.
📅 UN Global Compact Network Georgia organized a 10-hour intensive training course on “Business Integrity and Compliance” on June 11–12, 2026.
👥 The course brought together representatives from more than 20 companies, including senior managers and professionals from large corporations and SMEs, ESG specialists, compliance officers, HR managers, and legal professionals.
🎓 Over two days, local and international experts led discussions on key topics, including:
🔍 Identification and mitigation of corruption risks and recognizing red flags.
🛡️ Third-Party Due Diligence practices tailored for the private sector.
📢 Establishing effective internal reporting, grievance mechanisms, and whistleblowing policies.
📋 Crafting anti-corruption policies, codes of conduct, and compliance programs.
🌍 Aligning operations with international frameworks such as the UN Convention against Corruption (UNCAC), OECD standards, and UNODC practical guidance.
🎯 The primary goal of the course is to promote responsible business practices and support companies in managing governance risks, protecting corporate reputation, and implementing compliance programmes aligned with international standards.
🏅 The successful completion of the course was marked by a closing ceremony where participants were awarded official certificates.
