"ხომ ვიცით, როგორ მაცდურია ფიქრი, თითქოს თავისუფლების საძებნელად სადღაც
შორს, გადაკარგულში უნდა გადაიხვეწო. არა, ის ხომ შენშია, შენსავე სულში უზის სათავე. მაგრამ არსებობს ქვეყნად ისეთი მადლიანი, ენერგეტიკული
წერტილები, სადაც ეს შინაგანი ძახილი ერთბაშად ფხიზლდება. ალტიჰატი სწორედ
ასეთი წერტილია — ცივილიზაციასა და მყინვარის ღვთაებრივ ზღვარს შორის გაჩენილი თავშესაფარი, სადაც ცა მიწას ეხება და კლდეებიდან სიმართლე ყვირის.

იქ ჰაერი იმდენად სუფთაა, ყოველი ჩასუნთქვა საკუთარ ფესვებთან დაბრუნებას ჰგავს. ეს არის ადგილი, სადაც შინაგანი თავისუფლება გარეთ იფრქვევა, სადაც
მთის მედიდური ენერგია გეუბნება, რომ სახლში ხარ. აქ სინთეზდება შემოქმედება და მთის სიყვარული. და აი, ამ სიმაღლიდან, სამყარო ისევ ისეთი
მარტივი, თბილი და ხელშესახები ხდება, როგორც ერთი ძველი, საიმედო ნაბადი."

"We all know how tempting it is to think that in search of freedom, one must escape somewhere far away, into the wilderness. No, for it is within you, rooted in your very soul. Yet, there exist such blessed, high-energy spots on this earth where this inner calling suddenly awakens. Altihut 3014 is precisely such a place — a sanctuary born between civilization and the divine edge of the glacier, where heaven touches earth and truth cries out from the rocks.

There, the air is so pure that every breath feels like a return to your own roots. It is a place where inner freedom bursts forth, where the majestic energy of the mountain tells you that you are home. Here, creativity and the love for the mountains synthesize. And from this height, the world becomes simple, warm, and tangible once again, like an old, reliable nabadi (shepherd's felt cloak)."

A glacier, as energy, is strength and resilience — a presence that speaks, cries out, falls silent, and yet stands firmly unshaken. To listen to it is to experience it; to feel it, to truly see it.

„მიუხედავად იმისა, რომ მყინვარის მიღმა მთელი სამყაროა, ჩემს აღქმაში მყინვარი რაღაც განსაკუთრებული ზღვარია – თითქოს მის იქით აღარაფერი არსებობს. სწორედ ამ ზღვარზე ადიხარ, სადაც ყველაფერი ეპიკური ხდება.

მყინვარი ჩემთვის პერსონაჟია, ისეთივე, როგორიც ადამიანი. ეს პროცესია – როცა ადამიანს შორიდან დაინახავ და ნელა, ნაბიჯ-ნაბიჯ უახლოვდები, რომ უკეთ
გაიცნო. ზუსტად ასეა მყინვართანაც. ნაბიჯ-ნაბიჯ უახლოვდები და ახლოდან უკვე სხვანაირად გრძნობ.
ეს სიახლოვე ღვთაებრივია – როცა მას უახლოვდები, შეიძლება ხელით ვერ ეხები, მაგრამ ის ძალიან ხელშესახები ხდება. ეს პროექტი ჩემთვის არის

“Even though an entire universe exists beyond the glacier, in my perception, it stands as a singular frontier — as if nothing else remains past it. You ascend to that very edge where everything transitions into the epic.

"To me, the glacier is a character, much like a human being. It is a process — like spotting someone from afar and drawing closer, step by step, to truly know them. It is exactly the same with the glacier; you approach it gradually, and up close, you experience it entirely differently.

This proximity is divine — as you near it, it becomes profoundly tangible, even if it eludes your touch. This project is my opportunity to approach the thin threshold between the divine and the human.

Mount Kazbek is never just a mountain to me; I carry its image as a sacred icon in my mind. Through this project, I want to personify it, to bring it to life.”

„ყაზბეგი და მისი სოფლები ბავშვობიდან ჩემთვის განსაკუთრებული სამყაროა.
მყინვარწვერს ორჯერ ვესტუმრე, როგორც მოყვარული მთამსვლელი და მისი სიმაღლიდან შევხედე სამყაროს — მისმა მედიდურმა ბუნებამ ორჯერვე მიმიღო და მენდო.
სწორედ ამიტომ, ეს პროექტი ჩემთვის კიდევ ერთი შესაძლებლობაა, ამ ეტაპზე მყინვარწვერის გზა სოფლებიდან ალტიჰატის გავლით შემოქმედებითად
დავინახო.
საინტერესოა იმ გარემოში დაბრუნება, სადაც ადამიანური და სულიერი ენერგია ერთი მიზნის გარშემო ერთიანდება. ჩემთვის ალტიჰატი არის მედიუმი ცივილიზაციიდან მყინვარწვერამდე — ჰაიკინგის, ალპინიზმისა და შემოქმედებითობის ნამდვილი სინთეზი.
მჯერა, რომ ამ ახალი გამოცდილებით საკუთარ თავს თავიდან აღმოვაჩენ. ეს იქნება ჩემი ძველი სიყვარულის სრულიად ახალი და განსხვავებული გაგრძელება.“

“Kazbegi and its villages have been a special world to me since childhood. I have visited Mount Kazbek twice as an amateur mountaineer and looked at the world from its height — its majestic nature welcomed me and trusted me both times.

That is exactly why this project is another opportunity for me to creatively perceive the path to Mount Kazbek, from the villages through Altihat. It is fascinating to return to an environment where human and spiritual energy unite around a single goal. For me, Altihat is a medium between civilization and the summit — a true synthesis of hiking, mountaineering, and creativity.

I believe that through this new experience, I will rediscover myself. This will be a completely new and different continuation of my old love.”

"ჩემთვის ეს პირველი გამოცდილებაა, პირველად ვუახლოვდები ცას ასე ახლოს. ყოველდღიურობაში ხშირად ინერციით ვმოძრაობთ, ამ გზაზე კი ვფიქრობ, ყოველი ნაბიჯი აზრს შეიძენს. მყინვართან პირისპირ დგომა, ხელუხლებელ ბუნებასთან თანაცხოვრება არის შანსი, შევეხო რაღაც ძალიან პირველყოფილსა და ღრმას საკუთარ თავში. მგონია, რომ იქ, სიმაღლეზე, პასუხები დამხვდება იმ კითხვებზეც კი, რომლებიც ჯერ არც კი მიფორმულირებია."
ეს ექსპედიცია „ექოსთვის“ დიდი გამოცდილება და გამარჯვებაა. ჩემთვის ეს პროექტი იმის მტკიცებულებაა, რომ საერთო იდეისა და საყვარელი საქმის გარშემო გაერთიანებული ადამიანებისთვის საზღვრები არ არსებობს.“

"This is a completely new path for me—my first time coming this close to the sky. In our everyday lives, we often just move by inertia, but on this journey, I feel like every single step will truly matter. Standing face-to-face with the glacier, living alongside raw, untouched nature—it’s a chance to touch something incredibly raw and deep inside myself. I have a feeling that up there, in the heights, the answers will find me before I’ve even shaped the questions.
This expedition is a huge step and a real victory for ECHO. For me, this project is living proof that when people come together around a shared passion and a single idea, boundaries simply melt away."

Echo Art Residency გიხმობთ მთაში, ყაზბეგის მწვერვალებთან, ალტიჰატ 3014-ში, სადაც ხელოვნება ცივილიზაციას სცილდება.

ხშირად გვეკითხებიან — რატომ მაინცდამაინც აქ, ასეთ სიმაღლეზე? პასუხი მარტივია: როცა გარესამყაროს ხმები ქრება, სწორედ მაშინ იწყება ნამდვილი შემოქმედება. პროექტი „ცის ნაბადი“ არის ჩვენი კიდევ ერთი თამამი ექსპერიმენტი — შინაგანი ძიებისა და საკუთარი საზღვრების გადალახვის მცდელობა.

ეს არ არის უბრალოდ გამოფენა; ეს არის ხელოვნებისა და ველური ბუნების თანაარსებობა. ჩვენი არტისტები ბარში დაწყებულ იდეებს აქ, კლდეებს შორის გააცოცხლებენ.

ეს არის გამოწვევა საკუთარი თავისა, რათა დავინახოთ, როგორ ჟღერს ჩვენი ექო იქ, სადაც ცა მიწას ერწყმის.

Echo Art Residency invites you to the mountains, high among the peaks of Kazbegi at Altihut 3014, where art transcends civilization.

People often ask us—why here? Why at this extreme altitude? The answer is simple: when the noise of the outside world fades, true creation begins. Our project, "Sky's Felt Cloak" (Tsis Nabadi), is our latest bold experiment—a journey of inner exploration and an attempt to push the boundaries of our own creativity.

This is not just an exhibition; it is a raw coexistence of art and wild nature. Our artists will take the concepts and ideas born in the lowlands and bring them to life here, carved into the high cliffs.

It is a challenge to ourselves, an ultimate test to see how our echo resonates where the earth meets the sky.

კულისებს მიღმა: მთის სულის მცველები

„ექო არტ რეზიდენციის“ ათწლიან გზაზე ბევრი ბილიკი გავიარეთ, მაგრამ მთასთან შეხვედრა ყოველთვის სხვა ლოცვაა. მთამ იცის, რომ დრო წარმავალია, თუმცა ისიც იცის, როგორ შეინახოს მარადიული. დღეს, როცა უკან ვიხედებით, ვხვდებით — არცერთი ჩვენი ნაბიჯი, არცერთი ბგერა თუ ფერი არ გაცოცხლდებოდა, რომ არა ის ადამიანები, ვინც ამ მწვერვალების ძირას ბინადრობენ.

მთის ხალხი განსაკუთრებულია. ისინი არიან საკუთარი ფესვების, მამაპაპისეული ნასახლარების და იმ უძველესი მდუმარების ნამდვილი მცველები, რომელსაც მხოლოდ დიდი სიყვარულით თუ გაუფრთხილდები. მაგრამ ყველაზე დიდი საოცრება მათი სულის სიმამაცეა — იყვნენ ღია ახალი შემოქმედებითი ხედვებისთვის, ენდონ ხელოვანს და გაუღონ კარი იქ, სადაც წარსული და მომავალი ერთმანეთს უნდა გადაეხვიოს.

ლენტეხიც ამ დიდებული სიმშვიდის ნაწილია. ინგა ონიანი, ნათია ფარჯიანი, ელენე, ნიკოლოზი და კიდევ უამრავი ადამიანი, ვინც კულისებს მიღმა, ჩუმად და უანგაროდ აშენებდა ამ დიდ დღესასწაულს — ყველანი ერთად გვენდნენ. მათ მოგვცეს საშუალება, გაგვებედა. გაგვებედა და საუკუნოვან, წმინდა არტეფაქტებზე უშბის მთვარის შუქი გადაგვეფინა, მუზეუმის კედლებში კი შორეული მიწების მისტიკური ჰანგები შემოგვეშვა. ლენტეხელები საოცარი, ზეციური თემია... ხალხი, რომელიც სტუმარს გულში ისე უშვებს, თითქოს სულ მას ელოდა.

არსებობს წამები, როდესაც სიცივეში, ღამის თენებაში, საერთო სუნთქვაში, სრულიად უცხო ადამიანები შენი სამყაროს განუყოფელი ნაწილები ხდებიან. ეს ის ჯადოსნური და სენსიტიური მომენტია, როცა ხვდები — მთა არავის უშვებს უცხოდ. მადლობა ლენტეხს, თითოეულ ადამიანს, ვინც ხელი შეგვაშველა, ვინც კარი გაგვიღო და ვინც „ექოს“ ათწლიან ისტორიაში ყველაზე ღრმა, სულიერი და ცრემლამდე გულწრფელი ფურცელი ჩაწერა. ჩვენ წამოვედით, მაგრამ ჩვენი სულის ნაწილი იქ, იმ მედიდურ მწვერვალებს შორის დარჩა, სადაც ექო არასოდეს წყდება.

Behind the Scenes: The Guardians of the Mountain Soul

On Echo Art Residency’s ten-year journey, we have walked many paths, but meeting the mountains is always a different kind of prayer. The mountain knows that time is fleeting, yet it also knows how to preserve the eternal. Looking back today, we realize that not a single step of ours, not a single note or color, would have come alive if not for the people who dwell beneath these peaks.

The mountain people are sacred. They are the true guardians of their roots, of their ancestral hearths, and of that ancient silence which can only be protected with immense love. Yet, the greatest wonder is the courage of their souls—to remain open to new artistic visions, to trust the artist, and to throw open the doors where the past and the future must embrace.

Lentekhi is part of this majestic stillness. Inga Oniani, Natia Parjiani, Elene, Nikoloz, and so many others who worked quietly behind the scenes, selflessly building this great celebration—they all trusted us. They gave us the freedom to dare. To dare to drape sacred, centuries-old artifacts in the moonlight of Mt. Ushba, and to let the mystical echoes of distant lands drift through the museum walls. The people of Lentekhi are a wondrous, almost celestial community... people who welcome a stranger into their hearts as if they had been waiting for them all along.

There are moments in the cold, in the sleepless nights, in the shared breath, when total strangers become an inseparable part of your universe. It is that tender, magical threshold where you realize—the mountain lets no one leave as a stranger. Thank you to Lentekhi, to every single soul who lent us a hand, who opened a door, and who helped write the deepest, most soulful, and painfully beautiful chapter in Echo’s ten-year history. We have left, but a piece of our soul remains there, lost among those proud peaks, where the Echo never fades.

ღამე მუზეუმში არის დრო, როდესაც ნივთები ლაპარაკს იწყებენ. ხელოვანების, თედო მახარაძისა და ლუკას დიასის (ბრაზილია) შემოქმედებითმა სინთეზმა საზღვრები წაშალა: ლენტეხის მუზეუმის კედლებზე სვანური პეიზაჟი გაცოცხლდა.

წარმოიდგინეთ: უძველეს არტეფაქტებს ზემოდან უშბადან ამომავალი მთვარის შუქი გადაეკრა, ვარსკვლავებიანი ცა კი დარბაზის ჭერად იქცა. ამ ვიზუალურ მისტიკას თან სდევდა ინდური ბანსურისა და ავსტრალიური დიჯერიდოს არქაული ჟღერადობა. ეს იყო „ექოს“ მთავარი სათქმელი: ხელოვნება არ იცნობს საზღვრებს. ჩვენ შევაერთეთ ბრაზილიური ტემპერამენტი, ავსტრალიელი აბორიგენების სულიერი ექო, ინდური სიმშვიდე და სვანეთის მედიდური მთები. იმ ღამეს დავინახეთ, რომ წარსული არ არის მხოლოდ ისტორია — ის ცოცხალი ენერგიაა, რომელიც ჩვენს ხელებში აგრძელებს სუნთქვას.

Museum Day: Lentekhi (Svaneti, Georgia) 2026

Night at the museum is the hour when objects begin to speak. The creative synthesis of artists Tedo Makharadze and Lucas Dias (Brazil) dissolved all boundaries: through multimedia and sound, the walls of the Lentekhi Museum blossomed into a living Svanetian landscape.

Imagine: ancient, sacred artifacts bathed in the light of a moon rising from behind Mt. Ushba, while a starlit sky became the ceiling of the hall. This visual mysticism was breathed into life by the archaic sounds of the Indian Bansuri and the Australian Didgeridoo. This is the core of "Echo": art knows no borders. We united Brazilian spirit, the ancestral echo of the Aborigines, Indian serenity, and the majestic mountains of Svaneti into one sacred space. That night, we witnessed that the past is not merely history—it is a living energy that continues to breathe through our hands.

მუზეუმის დღეები: ლენტეხი 2026
ბაროკოდან დღემდე — მუსიკა, როგორც ლოცვა

მუზეუმის სიჩუმეში მუსიკის შემოსვლა ყოველთვის რიტუალია. პიანისტებმა, ნათია ბერაიამ და დაჩი თაქთაქიშვილმა, ლენტეხი ცოცხალ, მფეთქავ ორგანიზმად აქციეს.

პროგრამა, რომელიც ბაროკოს მკაცრი სილამაზით დაიწყო და თანამედროვე ქართული მუსიკის სულიერებით დასრულდა, იყო სიმბოლო ჩვენი გზისა — პატივისცემა ფესვებისადმი და გაბედულება სიახლისკენ. თითოეული ბგერა, რომელიც ფორტეპიანოს კლავიშებიდან იღვრებოდა, ეხებოდა ისტორიას, ხოლო რეალობას სიცოცხლეს შთაბერავდა. ეს იყო საღამო, როდესაც დრო გაჩერდა და დარჩა მხოლოდ სუფთა ემოცია, რომელიც სიყვარულითა და პროფესიონალიზმით იყო ნაქსოვი.

From Baroque to the Present — Music as Prayer

When music enters the stillness of a museum, it becomes a sacred ritual. Pianists Natia Beraia and Dachi Takhtakishvili Lentekhi into a living, breathing sanctuary.

The program, journeying from the structured beauty of the Baroque era to the profound spirituality of contemporary Georgian music, symbolized our own path: a deep reverence for our roots coupled with the courage to embrace the new. Every note that flowed from the keys brushed against ancient artifacts, breathing fresh life into their weathered forms. It was an evening where time stood still, leaving only pure emotion, woven with love and mastery.
