A 16 week period of international travel in groups and individually over two years provides the foundation for lifelong learning, adoption of world's best practice, establishment of enduring global professional and trade relationships, and development of leadership capacity that will stand scholars in good stead throughout their career. An obligation imposed upon scholars is that they actively disseminate their knowledge, skills and networks to the broader industry in their home countries upon completing their scholarships.
