📘 ახალი რესურსი სკოლის მასწავლებლებისთვის
საერთაშორისო ასოციაცია „კივიტას გეორგიკა“ წარმოგიდგენთ სახელმძღვანელოს, რომელიც შექმნილია მიგრანტი მშობლების შვილების მხარდაჭერისთვის სკოლებში.
მიგრაცია ათასობით ბავშვის ყოველდღიურ რეალობას ცვლის. მშობლის საზღვარგარეთ ყოფნა ხშირად დაკავშირებულია ემოციურ სირთულეებთან, ქცევის ცვლილებებთან, სწავლის პროცესში გამოწვევებთან და მხარდაჭერის განსაკუთრებულ საჭიროებასთან.
სახელმძღვანელო დაეხმარება მასწავლებლებს:
✅ უკეთ გაიგონ მიგრანტი მშობლების შვილების საჭიროებები;
✅ დროულად ამოიცნონ მხარდაჭერის საჭიროების ნიშნები;
✅ გამოიყენონ პრაქტიკული მიდგომები კლასში;
✅ შექმნან უსაფრთხო, მხარდამჭერი და ინკლუზიური სასწავლო გარემო;
✅ ეფექტიანად ითანამშრომლონ ოჯახებთან და შესაბამის სპეციალისტებთან.
გვჯერა, რომ სკოლა ერთ-ერთი ყველაზე მნიშვნელოვანი სივრცეა, სადაც ბავშვი შეიძლება იგრძნოს მხარდაჭერა, უსაფრთხოება და მიკუთვნებულობა, განსაკუთრებით მაშინ, როდესაც მშობელი მის გვერდით არ იმყოფება.

Migration significantly impacts the lives of thousands of children. The absence of a parent due to migration can be associated with emotional challenges, behavioral changes, educational difficulties, and increased support needs.
This guide will help teachers to:
✅ better understand the needs of children of migrant parents;
✅ identify signs that a child may need additional support;
✅ apply practical approaches in the classroom;
✅ create a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment;
✅ collaborate effectively with families and relevant professionals.
We believe that schools play a vital role in ensuring that every child feels safe, supported, and included, especially when a parent is living abroad.
