"იუგოსლავიის სასტიკი სამოქალაქო ომის დროს (1991–2001) იუგოსლავიელი კარიკატურისტები წინააღმდეგობას უწევდნენ და ხშირად საკუთარ სიცოცხლეს წირავდნენ მიმდინარე ტრაგედიას. მათ მეტსახელად „სნაიპერი არტისტები“ შეარქვეს.
ეს 52-წუთიანი დოკუმენტური ფილმი ამ არაჩვეულებრივი ხელოვანების ამბავს ყვება.
ფილმის გმირები იხსენებენ, რას ნიშნავდა ხატვა ომის დროს და როგორი იყო სატირის ძალა პროპაგანდასთან დაპირისპირებისას. ხელოვანები მსჯელობენ იმ უცნაურ და ურღვევ კავშირზე, რომელიც შემოქმედებასა და ტრაგედიას შორის არსებობს."

artists. They recount what it meant to draw in wartime: how they survived,
the ideological pressures they endured, and the power of satire in
the face of propaganda. They reflect on the strange, unshakable
bond between creativity and tragedy."
