Project dates: 20.06.2022 - 27.06.2022 (20.06 and 27.06
travel days).
Project location – Latvia, «Bukdangas» next to the Usma lake.
Main objectives of the project:
To develop participants’ creativity, ability to
generate ideas and innovation skills by
planning outdoor activities and daily activities
of the group.
To develop participant’s ability to plan and fulfill
responsibilities that are assigned to him/her individually
or as part of a team (What needs to be done? How you
are going to do it? When each task is going to be
complete? What the potential roadblocks are?)
To develop participant’s ability to follow through and
complete tasks without someone monitoring every move
(Paying attention to details and produce high-quality
work in an ethical manner, completing tasks on time,
taking initiative to help others as team priorities shift,
using problem-solving skills when you hit roadblocks)
To learn how to do things without being asked, solve
problems that others may not have noticed needed
solving
Raise cultural awareness among participants through
sharing cuisine and cultural activities typical for each
country
To foster intercultural communication, acceptance of
differences among young people from diverse
backgrounds by creating respectful environment and
interdependent context
