Summary
The founder and director of the fund – Beglaryan Armen Aramaisovich, born in the v. Kuybyshev of the town of Dilizhan of the Republic of Armenia on 10 of December 1966. During the period from 1985 till 87 were passing the military service in the armed forces of the USSR. In 1994 had graduated the faculty «industrial and civil engineering» of the MMI (Mining and Metallurgical Institute) of
Vladikavkaz. Priyutnoye in the Kalmyk ASSR, which had been working till 1997. In 1998 had moved and now lives in Stavropol. Afterwards was carrying out the deliveries of electrical equipment and completion materials in the Central Asia and Middle East. From 1998 got into charitable activity, rendering feasible aid to the orphan asylums, giving moneys for the needs of many institutions. From 2008 he is in the Republic of South Ossetia, taking direct participation in the restoration of infrastructure destroyed by the war, and was awarded for it repeatedly of certificates of honour of the Government. At the same time invested noticeably into the reconstruction of numerous religious monuments, and preservation of cultural monuments and victims of natural disasters.
