The mission of Angels in Armor Animal Rescue Fund (AAARF!) is to provide financial relief to those students or faculty members who opt to rescue un-owned sick or injured companion animals in need of emergency care and are without ownership. It is intended to encourage Good Samaritan behavior in our community as well provide an outlet to save the lives of animals that would otherwise be euthanized.

Please note that we only take on the emergency cases of un-owned animals. Due to this, we cannot assist owned or non-emergent cases, and are unable to courtesy posts for animals that are not in our care. As this page is strictly for AAARF cases, or potential AAARF cases, we will be removing any posts that are not related to AAARF. We are currently in the process of fundraising.

Are you interested in getting more involved with the SAC, medical cases & our club? Apply to be the Medical Coordinator elect! You would shadow our current medical coordinator next term to learn the ins and outs, then you would be in the full position for January 2027!

This role gave me real experience managing critical cases and it’s so rewarding to watch patients go from fragile to fully healthy and adopted. I felt confident going into rotations after getting to know the clinic and staff early—highly recommend!
