Looking for a meaningful job this summer? Join the team at Elvira’s Garden Community Centre and help create an unforgettable summer for children in Grenada! 🇬🇩

We are looking for energetic, responsible and creative Camp Group Leaders to help run our 2026 Summer Camp programme for children ages 3–15.

✨ Duties may include:
• Leading games and activities
• Supporting educational sessions
• Supervising children during trips and activities
• Helping create a safe, fun and structured environment
• Encouraging teamwork, confidence and creativity

📅 Dates: July 13th – August 21st 2026
🍽️ Meals included
🚌 Transportation included if located along one of our camp bus routes

✅ Requirements:
• Must be 18+
• Must have experience working with children
• Associate Degree, CVQ Level 3+, or currently studying Education, Psychology, Social Work, Sports, Child Development or a related field preferred
• Must be able to commit to the full 6 weeks
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

At Elvira’s Garden Community Centre, water safety matters so much to us — especially because children can access 2 swimming pools when they join our after-school programme 🏊🏽‍♀️🌴

That means we don’t just want our children to have fun in the water… we want them to be safe, confident and well taught in the water too.

We would absolutely love to keep growing this side of what we offer and help more children — and adults too, if there is interest — learn to swim here in Grenada 🇬🇩

Swimming is not just a fun activity. It is a life skill. A skill that builds confidence, safety, discipline and joy.

Your time, energy, kindness, patience and willingness to jump in and help wherever needed made such a difference to our children and to our team. From games and activities to simply showing up with warmth, positivity and care, you both helped make Easter Camp extra special 🫶

At EGCC, international volunteers are so important to us. They bring fresh energy, new ideas, different cultures, and so much encouragement to our children. They help us do more, reach more, and create the kind of loving, memorable experiences our children deserve. ✨
