Theatre celebrate 30 years.

27-28 Jun, a milestone event taking audiences on a journey through three decades of shows. Vibrant songs and unforgettable numbers highlighting the creativity and talent of young performers.

Past Flying Ducks alumni will join current members on stage. This is a celebration of 30 years of nurturing young talent, building confidence and creating community through theatre.

The impact Flying Ducks has had on York's young performers is significant. Many have gone on to professional careers. All have benefited from the skills, friendships and experiences gained through youth theatre.

30 years deserves celebration. This promises to be memorable.

After losing our previous page along with years of cherished content and wonderful reviews, we’re excited to announce that we’re finally back with a brand new page! 🎉

Welcome to our fresh start! At Flying Ducks Youth Theatre, we run weekly drama and musical theatre sessions for ages 4-19. Our talented members shine in public performances and events, and you can catch us at the Joseph Rowntree Theatre every year, delivering show-stopping performances complete with professional sets and costumes!

Our mission is to advance the education of young people in the appreciation and practice of drama and the performing arts, all while building confidence and essential life skills.
