This year's Victoria Geldof Garden Competition winners have been announced - and the standard was higher than ever 🌻

Organised by the Victoria Geldof Community Group and judged across four categories including:

Best overall garden
Best for wildlife
Best for children
Best pots and planters

This year's entries showed just how much creativity and care residents have put into their outdoor spaces.

Housing Officer Nicky Colley-Samuels, who helped judge, said: "The range of gardens blew us away... it was particularly encouraging to see how many residents had created spaces that support birds, bees, butterflies and other wildlife."

Our 2025 Annual Report is here, and it's built on what you told us.

Overall satisfaction rose from 76% to 84% this year.

We invested £8 million in repairs, maintenance and home improvements, completed 73 new homes, and our Money and Benefits Advice team secured £1.4 million in extra income for residents.

Thank you to everyone who filled in a survey, joined the Residents' Assembly, sat on a focus group, or picked up the phone. Your voice shaped this.
