Beetle Bank Social Farm Partners in Dementia are a York based social enterprise who support people affected by dementia with innovative and evidence based services.

Beetle Bank Social Farm is a non for profit social farm for people living with dementia in the York area. We provide a day service on a Tuesday. Social or Care Farming can be described as the 'therapeutic use of farming practices' (Care Farming UK). People with dementia who attend the service can be involved in the running of the farm in the way they want. The farm currently has a lot of animals (

cows, sheep, pigs, pigmy goats, lamas, rabbits, guinea pigs, ferrets etc) to look after. A wide range of activities are available in a supportive setting.
