What an incredible night!

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for the Fashion Show in aid of Haxby Memorial Hall.
Your support, energy and generosity made the evening truly special.

A massive shout‑out to our models, volunteers and everyone who worked behind the scenes to bring it all together.

We’ll be announcing the total raised very soon — and we can’t wait to share it with you.

Events like this help keep the hall thriving, and we’re so grateful for every one of you.

We still have a few tickets left for The wonderful Fashion Show on Wednesday... Help raise funds for our village hall.
Tea, coffee and light refreshments available along with the raffle.
It will be a great evening with major high street names available.

Foodshare Update

After much thought, Foodshare will be moving to a new venue. Recent challenges at the hall have made it difficult for them to continue operating there, but their commitment to supporting the community remains as strong as ever. Join us at Baby Sensory — the award-winning programme designed to delight your baby’s senses and support their development through fun, engaging activities every week!

Each one-hour session is filled with songs, movement, lights, bubbles, and textures — everything your baby loves to explore. We start with our much-loved “Say Hello to the Sun” song before diving into 20 minutes of themed sensory adventures. After a short break for Exploratory Play (and a well-earned chat for parents!), we finish with a few more gentle group activities and “Wave Goodbye.”

Every week brings something new to discover, from sparkly light shows to music, textures, and surprises designed especially for your baby’s first year. It’s not just about play — it’s about bonding, learning, and making magical memories together. 💛

You’ll also meet other parents, share experiences, and build friendships in a relaxed and supportive environment — a little boost for you as well as your baby!
