Recently we’ve had the pleasure of working with two groups of young people from York out at Carlton Lodge on a mini residential.

Exploring themes such as trusted adults and safe spaces young people absolutely smashed their interviews.

“You can tell a trusted adult a lot, they can always help you emotionally and they can support you if you have bad mental or physical health” ~ Meadow

The film is very sweet and portrays the young people in a positive and uplifting light. We’re excited to launch this in September.

Well done to the super fantastic young people who spoke up and articulated so well you should be proud. We hope it makes your families and the people in your life proud too. Aspire to more

It’s amazing really the opportunities a small day trip can unfold in a young persons life, the opportunity to feel seen and believed in to grow in confidence develop friendships advance in self belief overcome fears develop core competencies like team work and leadership, and on top of that they are being themselves feeling free from the pressures of school or college exams and life just to have fun and laugh and be part of something while having adults they can trust to talk to it they need help with anything:

As well as lots of screaming laughter and falling into water (with massive splashes) the film will feature the young people’s ideas and views about safe spaces and trusted adults.
