I’ve just spoken with M about the decorating and gardening work carried out yesterday.
She is absolutely delighted with everything that has been done, speaking of you all being amazing people. M said she hardly recognises her lounge now and is incredibly grateful to everyone who helped – she loves it! She is also thrilled with the garden and can’t believe how much was achieved, and taken away.

It's been a joy to work with Safe Families UK in York. A fantastic charity getting alongside families who need extra support. We've been able to facilitate getting rubbish to the tip, a decorating project and the giving of some white goods too. We had Maya and Eddy out on the van last week and John and Alex out this week! Items we helped people give included: a bedside table, a bookcase, lampshades, mop and bucket, dustpan and brush, a double bed, a double mattress and a chest of drawers and a coffee table as well as a changing table and high chair for Bundles of Joy York
