Each year at York hospital a service of remembrance is held for all families affected by baby loss. The MNVP are working closely with the trust to conduct a survey to better understand what families would like from this service. If you received your care under York hospital we'd really appreciate if you could fill in this short survey to give us an idea of how the Iris team (bereavement team) can design a service that meets your needs.
There is also a remembrance service held annually in Scarborough which we are not currently reviewing, however if you have feedback please e-mail us at [email protected].
