A different post from me today!

Last night wasn’t your ordinary Dance Yourself Happy class. We stopped to share a moment in history together. Not only was it brilliant to see the eclipse happen, but to be accompanied by this lovely group of ladies at the same time, will make that moment in history all the more memorable!

Yet again, feel so lucky to be doing my job!

What a lovely time we all had at the weekend.

It was so lovely seeing so many of my classes mix together……….and still quite a few unable to attend too!

I’ve received a lot of enquiries from younger dancers recently.

Whether you’ve just finished at your local dance school and would like to maintain dancing as a hobby, or whether you’re in the midst of your professional training, The Adult Ballet Centre can support your needs.

So I’m back from my holiday and ready to go again!

Now that the dust has settled from losing the football, I thought it would be a shame not to show everyone what we got up to the night of the semi finals!

Sometimes, the lesson plan has to go out the window and a potential moment in history has to be focused on……….at least we made some great memories here at The Adult Ballet Centre! 🤣🩰⚽️

A big thank you to for his fabulous music!

This track has followed one of our exercises every week this term, and so last week, instead of just jigging around and telling my class how much I loved the track, I spontaneously said “Right, that’s it! I’m choreographing something to it!”

5 minutes later and this is what we had!

Can you tell I was a little excited!?

So I was going through my class footage, and it was just so evident how in time and accurate these guys have become with their technique over the last term.

So every so often, I took a snapshot…….and here’s the result!

I am thrilled with them and think they are looking absolutely fabulous!
